Skoti blodline (reduce to memory)

Good morning.
I am one of the number 1 skoti bloodline players.
Last turn, and in the penultimate matchup, I changed a card to better control token generation by ajany invigorating leadership.

The card in question (reduce to memory) sent the game into soft lock.

I would appreciate full victory as in all other confrontations. And I would receive the proper award as one of the three at No. 1.

This is a screenshot of the last round, actually nothing esoteric happened, greg killed a creature for me and the game amphibied.

    They will give you the reward one tier up from where you finished, and all of us hate that they do this and will not budge.

    @Rant_Ent - beware this may not be the best channel to get compensation. I would contact CS through a ticket ingame, mainly because CS will need you UID which you should not post here.

    @Rant_Ent The soft lock there was caused because Greg killed your Shaile, Dean of Radiance during combat. Not because of Reduce to Memory.

    That bug was reported a while ago and hasn't been fixed yet. It is still tagged as [Investigating].

    Go to Settings > Help Center. If you see “contact us” on the page, click it to open the ticket form. If you don’t see “contact us” available to you, open any FAQ, scroll down, and click “no” where it asks if that helped. That will reveal the “contact us” feature. 
    I’m pretty sure that description works for both Android and iOS.
