    Of course but then why not just trade in 10 standard tokens for one heroic and then significantly increase your chances to being pleasantly surprised and save you 2 mins of mindless tapping.

    Haven't gotten anything good in AGES. Still don't know if I should horde and open in packs of say 50 or just use them as I get them, which is what I've been doing......

    The only place that a difference will be made is inside your brain. Each token you use is an individual event. If you open 99 and don't get anything, then you open #100 your chances are still the same as when you opened the very 1st 1. Your odds don't increase or stack with each open, therefore it does not matter how many you open when.

    This is true in theory but assumes RNG doesn't get borked from time to time

    I'd say a big difference is that if you're waiting for certain covers to make it into the packs, then you have a higher chance of getting something that you want.

    For me, there are probably something around 5 covers that I could actually apply to a character. If I wait until Patch goes into packs, that number increases to 8! Almost doubling my chance of getting something that I want.

    Unfortunately, with the lag of time between being put into packs and how freely new covers are given out...it's likely that I'll have a maxed Patch before he puts into packs.

    The other day I got an im40 through a standard pack. Hours later on my other account, standard token, im40. Wait, what?! Should I spend some iso on some standard packs?

    I got a green Punisher the other day. For those of you saving tokens, the Punisher is in the standard pack.

    Last night I get 2 standard tokens, one from Loki LR another from Magneto LR.

    The first gave me a black Hulk, the second one was a green Hulk. Amazing xD

    I'm so bored right now I'm farming the prologue for standard tokens, just collected four of them, and my last one contained a red Punisher! I'd have been thrilled except I really need/want just one more black to finish off my 5/5/3 Punisher. I refuse to cave and build him 4/5/4.

    have a ton of iso and nothing to do with it so i bought 7500 worth of covers. got a couple 2* i needed and a green punisher i also needed. not a bad deal.

    Pulled a purple 3* Widow out of a pack today. Might not actually end the new event with all of my 3*'s as high as I can get them! though everyone needs to line up behind Frank for the pvp tournament.

    The last time I really go somethign good, was before they switched the way you could get packs. before when you could use your free packs to get characters in the current event, like lightning round, or divine, or hulk, I had better chances of getting good characters, since they have all the basic packs go to the general pool my rate of decent draws has decreased immensely. I pulled a 3* widow red about a month ago, that's been it, the rest have been 2* if I was lucky to get something, and it always seems to be moonstone icon_e_sad.gif

    I got a 4 star Wolverine off a recruit token from the prologue. It's what made me finally spend money on the game, lol. I hadn't decide if I was going to delete one of my existing characters or let him disappear forever. I finally ordered some gold and bought a roster spot. He was my tank, back then at level 30 he was my highest level, strongest character.

    Good times.
