Hoard pull strategy

There are players with frightening levels of hoards out there. I once nearly made it to 1000 CP which is relatively nothing and then just splurged on a store. I don't know how they do it. I just recently started again to try and hoard for Anniversary and so far it is going OK but I will be amazed if I make it intact. The good thing is I have a decent stash of heroics and Mighty's which mean I can use them to chase 4* I might want without needing to use LT or CP. Hopefully by the time Odin hits LT's I will have enough LT's saved to nab a cover for him.

I'm at 160 pulls including lls which I started when colossus rotates out.
Saving for the anniversary store, If there's nothing in there I want I might pull for odin if one of the next 2 5 stars is any good. 
Otherwise I'll carry on hoarding

My cp hoard is up to 30355, not too shabby for being free to play. 
The highest I ever got with latest tokens was only around 300-400 tokens. These days it's struggling to even hit 100 since I need to pull to recruit the newest 5* for essentials

edit: In case anyone is wondering, the iso balance is over 19 million, hp balance is over 100k and red  iso is 6 million

You are halfway there to 550. It's another 6 to 10 months to hit 2400 pulls?

When did cp got introduced? Checking my progress report, I used up about 26k over the years.
