Not receiving Team Ups

Anyone else finding this? The line in chat disappears as if I have been sent 5 tu but then I check and there is nothing new in inventory.
is this a known bug?

    I've had the same happen once. My TU's disappeared and when my alliance sent me new ones I didn't receive them. Suddenly started working again after installing an update, but never found out what caused this bug.

    (edit: link to my thread for reference -- already forgot but it happened at least twice)

    Not sure if it is in any way related but nearly all of my alliance thread chats were erased a few days ago except for comments from two alliance members. I play on Steam so not sure if there is an issue with the alliance chat, it may also be causing an issue on team up sharing?
