Dimming - Please remove via hotfix update

I wanted to break this out from the overall UI update thread because I've read multiple reports of folks having real issues with the dimming (headaches and the like).
D3, please hotfix to remove the dimming on the opposing turn. It's doing actual harm.

    I hear ya. I'm not sure I agree that it makes sense for a health issue.
