    One would hope whoever it is will feed Mr Sinister with a clue like that, but it could be any number of characters. Tampering with genetics is his whole deal. Could be Madeline Pryor? "Essex Corp" was behind the facility in the New Mutants movie, even though they never went all the way to introducing Sinister, I guess it could be any of those kids, maybe Sunspot?

    Instead of thinking about Mr. Sinister I thought of the Sinister 6.  Both Green Goblin and the Lizard both deal in genetics.  I don’t think Electro, Rhino, or beetle fit the clue.  I would love, love, love to see Lizard in-game, but realistically it’ll be a 4* GG.

    We’ve been getting a lot of Age of Apocalypse and Phoenix 5 characters lately, been just a bit since we saw some spider-fam show up.

    I really think the Lizard guess is the best fit for the clue myself!

    I am still floored that Monica did not feed Wanda.

    I can’t imagine that he would; only unfed Spider-Fam adjace character at the 5* tier at this point is Knull?

    I like Lizard feeding Hulk. Both scientists that turned themselves into big green monsters.

    It's not, but this was the best reasoning so far.

    Most new character hints make no sense. It might very easily be Logan and Mystique's son from an alternate reality who is a Pirate due to time travel.

    Could still happen, if they update the feeder later on. Just less likely since the past two were done on release.

    They just updated Milestone Rewards that gave quite an amount of 5* shards and I doubt they are going to update feeders soon. 

    Also, competitive players or players who play in SCL10 are guaranteed at least 2 or 3 5* covers when new 4* are used as feeders. 

    4* feeders were first "activated" again when players discovered that Red Guardian fed Yelena.

    Here are the 4* release orders beginning from Red Guardian:

    Red Guardian - Yelena
    Scorpion - Carbage
    Throg - BRB
    Silk - none
    Beast - Apocalypse
    Morbius - none
    Monica Rambeau - none

    Looking at the above, there doesn't seem to be any pattern.

    If we get any new feeders, I think the most likely candidates will be for Cyclops or Colossus. I know not many care for them, but all it takes is a 4 star X men of some sort. It's a bit of an obvious feeder if they decide to do it. Same for I feel like they add certain characters with the intention to be feeders similar to what should've been Monica as well as Beast. 

    I just desperately want a Killmonger feeder. I mean they even made art for Klaw and he'd be a perfect 4 star feeder for him.
