Nissa shadowed boughs PW 3rd ability not working as described [Fix in 4.7]

The third ability gives a p/t bonus to each creature that is pulled out of the GY, and you can see it in your hand. But when the creature is cast that bonus is only applied for the first creature played this way and the doesn't apply anymore. 

Bug or mistake in description?

It's bugged based off of the description. Nalthazar first pointed this out in his video highlighting the PW.

I can add info like the type of phone I use, will that make a difference to the effect not working as described? puhlease.....
