Together with the QA team, I created this document that contains some information needed to test specific types of bugs. The idea is to reduce the cases of bugs that we were unable to reproduce and improve the workflow of the testing team.
If you decide to follow these tips, please send us all the information listed below of each bug type, when you open the report thread.
Also, make sure to ALWAYS provide information such as your device model and its operating system (iOS, Android, etc), to all bug reports. Any additional information you think it's important will be appreciated!

Is it related to a specific event (or another specific battle)? Or even another part of the game (when you purchase something, editing deck, entering in any of the screens, when you level up your Planeswalker, etc)?
If it is in a battle, a list of all cards in the deck and possible interactions that might have happened.
In this case, the more information the player gives to us, the better.
