No more non-duplicate Legacy packs?

I used to get a non-duplicate legacy pack as a reward every 10 levels or so but I have not seen one in months despite regular progression (I’m still getting the Standard non-duplicate packs at the usual rate of 1/10 levels). Were those discontinued at some point? Or do they stop after a certain level?

@Barnabes these were replaced with dup-containing packs some time ago. The community has been pretty vocal that we want them back but all dev responses indicate they are not expected to return.

Its not a very correct answer.  When the conversion to this system was made we all remember getting no-dupe legacy packs and also getting legacy rare card packs and maybe even other stuff when we converted.

So the only correct inference here is they gave out the rewards at conversion, saw how much some of the higher level players got, and then changed the reward structure immediately afterwards.

I suspected as much but I appreciate the confirmation. 

I do believe I was getting non-dupes for leveling for a while after the last reset but I could be wrong. Gone is gone.
