Judgement Cards Missing From Packs

How exactly does their "mess up" effect us? The only effect from this is some people got some cards early without having to pay $$$ for them.  It only effects the company's bottom line and nothing else. Those cards will be back in boosters once they are no longer being offered for $$$. Everyone had the opportunity to take advantage of this "bug". Just because you didnt know, didnt care to exploit it or didnt get lucky enough doesnt mean you are disadvantaged over someone who did. The "right" thing to do is fix the bug and maintain good will by not taking the cards away from those who happened get them. They could certainly garner more good will by giving us a pack or something, but there is no way they should give up thousands of dollars for a simple mistake.
