    I tried to uninstall Facebook. I also sent them a ticket. Still stuck out of my favourite game, in the middle of challenge of the courts...

    Same issue here, I have been unqble to log in through Facebook all day. It seems rather bizarre that this app requires a 3rd party system to log in. Please fix it soon!

    Hey guys,
    Just a quick reminder, for Android devices, there is an option to log in with a Google account, and for Apple devices, there is an option to log in with Apple ID.
    If you've already linked your account to one of these options above, you should be able to log in through it.
    Apple and Google login is an additional save feature, so the same account can be linked to both Facebook and Apple/Google.
    If you've never saved your account this way before, wait until the Facebook login works again and do that so that if a problem like this happens in the future, you won't be without accessing your account. 😊
    Keep in mind that if you try to log in via Google/Apple now without ever having linked your account before, it will generate a new account for you, and it will not be possible to link your old account in the future.

    I would have done it but when you introduced the second login feature there has been an issue with people who had activated both options, so I never did it.

    Yeah, I remember having tried to link it to Google but without much success.

    So guess we will have to wait a long, long time before Facebook login works again with no viable alternative being present. Great.

    is there a way to delete the google login so you can link the accounts? i thought i had, but when fb didn't work today, i tried google, and it started a new account under google...

    I’m very wary of linking my account to Apple when I’m already linked through FB. I’ve been playing this game since 2017 and if I lost my progress due to an external log in issue I’d lose my s**t. Is there a way to just to be able to log in to the game with a direct account?

    @Oktagon_Support, what if I had accidentally logged in with Google Play? Can I remove that new account to link to my current version, which is the FB account?

    I created a Google login some years ago and was able to login using that one.

    Similar situation here. Started yesterday evening (6/22) Mountain Time. Would love to be playing and am suffering mild withdrawal symptoms. An update would be much appreciated.

    I would also like to link my Facebook account to the Google one but there is already a Google account because of a similar problem earlier.

    Is there a way around this?

    Same here. Hopefully it's completely fixed now and not just on the way to being completely fixed.

    Facebook login is back to normal!! Thanks for everyone's patience. :smile:
    For those who want to link Google/Apple account but already have a linked account, please contact the customer service team, they will be able to subscribe your secondary account and link the main account.
    Please keep in mind that due to the weekend and the high number of messages that customer service has received regarding this issue with Facebook, your request may take a little longer to be answered.

    Definitely will look to use Google instead of FB… when running MTGPQ on iOS though, I don’t see a Google log in option. Just Apple and FB.
