Change in PVP reward order?

Maybe this was already addressed elsewhere, but I just noticed that the powers that be moved the CP that was being rewarded back to 1200 points and moved the character shards up to 1000 points, flipping the two.  Seemed like they were trying to help us gain pulls with having the CP at 1000 (which is where I usually have to stop) so I’m not sure why they would move it back to 1200.  COME ON MAN!
