    It does damage to random opponents. If you are focusing only on the front opponent, you might have missed out the damage dealt to those behind.

    If not, it could be because each repeater is dealing a small amount of damage but you were expecting them to be much higher.

    It goes by really quickly, too, much more so than most multiple Countdown/Repeater powers. It's hard to track, but as far as I can tell, it is doing damage for all of them.

    I like Torch, he plays well with Okoye. I think he may be the consolation prize for those of us who were sad Juggernaut is excluded from Wakanda Forever bonus damage that don’t have Kitty.
