    I've sent a message to customer support describing the problem, which seemed pretty self explanatory, but told me they needed a screenshot so I just sent that. Maybe all of us having this issue need to contact through that channel to get something rolling since no one from D3go seems to be reading this thread any longer.

    Support asked if I had another device to try and said they thought it was my device. I told them to check this forum as I'm not the only one having this problem. They said they would keep my ticket open but I haven't heard any more since Friday.

    Just got an update and it looks like it's fixed

    R186 does seem to have fixed mine as well. Even though they never admitted it was a problem.
