You're the best player of the alliance (with Orangecrush), why should we let you out?
You already have more than 10k points in the season, is a score that most will not reach.
I agree with your message.
650 points are the minimum to finish in the top 100, if there are players who can not ensure this score consistently, it is right to replace them. Easy.

Lol, I'm just saying I don't want to be a hypocrite if I end up not doing well because of being on holiday. It's up to the other commanders what they would like to do, of course.

We will need to merc you out for the end of the season and bring you back straight after the season ends to get the top 100 prize (It ends in 3 days) so if you could rejoin the alliance after the season ends that would be best for everyone arpit. We know its not your fault with your phone going screwy but it is affecting our score overall and we are hoping once you get it all sorted out we can all work together again for Season IX!

Hey everyone, My phones' issue is now resolved and is working perfectly now.

But my phone was factory reset and lost all apps. And now I am not able to get my progress in MPQ back. I had saved backup using FB in the game. Any idea on how to get my progress in the game back?

Edit: Got my progress back. If there is an open place in the alliance for me now then let me know or I'll start looking for other alliance.

Good to hear you are back up and running! I'll talk with the other commanders and let you know soon. I was on holiday last weekend and wasn't directly involved with the replacement process so I'll see what our status is.

Hello to all AW Reloaded members!

Just letting you all know I will be taking a break (Gap Season) for Season IX to recharge my batteries. If you ever find yourselves in need of an extra for a single event push one of the other commanders (OrangeCrush, Kappei or Chrono_Tata) can get in touch with me and I will drop in right away. In the mean time I will be keeping my eye out for new character PvPs so I don't fall too far behind.

Hey Wolves, I'm together happy and sad to announce you that I'm going to leave soon. Sad because I've met great guys in here, and you're an alliance I can say I'm proud being part of. Happy because I won't let anymore this game control part of my life.

I've been thinking about this a lot, wondering if I should just take it easy and relax a bit, but thanks also to the new changes to the shields, I've been finally able to take a step back and make this consideration: this game is all about keeping you hooked up. It doesn't matter if you're a F2P or a whale, what matters is that you hit your refreshes every 2,5 hours or that you plan your shield hops around the shields' cooldowns.

Let it be clear, I don't regret having played this game and I'm not bitter about the developers' "greed": I've always been a F2P player and I've accomplished a lot in this game. In this last year I've managed to build a strong roster and fully build my X-Force without having to spend a single dime. The problem is that, what little fun I had once playing this game, it's now gone. I've looked at my roster and realized I don't have a goal to aim to; my aim cannot be to get a new character every other week, the 4* are now requiring a commitment in terms of time that I'm not willing to steal from my family and even if I'd magically get a 4* Thor fully built and leveled tomorrow, my only reaction would be "Now what?". Every game I've played in my life has given me something back, in terms of story, accomplishment or satisfaction. Hell, even that grindfest of WoW has had its fair share of glorious moments, especially when cooperating with my guild. MPQ, as I said, doesn't give me anything anymore.

So it's time for me to go. I'll say goodbye one last time in game, step back from the alliance to free my Commander spot and uninstall this app.

I'll keep my account here, in case any of you wants to tell me something, I'll get a notification mail.

I hope this game is still fun for all of you, for me it's not anymore.

Orangecrush, Chrono_Tata, it's been a pleasure and a honor to play alongside you, I hope this game still reserves great moments for the whole alliance.

Damn, Kappei. Sad to see you go. You've been a great team member and it has been great to play alongside you. Thanks for all your work and it's also been an honour. Hope you can stay a few more hours to bank the alliance points for the Doom event before you go.

I can't say I blame you for how you are feeling and I can totally relate to your frustration. I didn't think before how much the shield change would affect the metagame but once it hit it made me realise that the devs have decided to erect a massive barrier to the 3-to-4-star transition the way that them scaling up the number of 3-star character have affected the 2-to-3-star transition. Even at the 2-star level, you would be able to hit top 100 consistently to earn 3-star covers, but right now with a 3-star roster it is impossible to earn 4-star covers at all when you have to fight maxed X-force/Thoria at the top level of PvP in order to even have a hope of getting them, or literally spend a week clearing nodes every 3 hours to earn them on PvE.

As you probably know from the alliance chat, I've been trying to shield-hop my way to get my final X-force cover, which is actually mostly an experiment to see how much resource and effort I have to put into the game in order to be able to progress from the 3-star to 4-star level at a reasonable pace. The result would decide how much I would continue to play this game. I doubt I would drop the game completely but I'd likely scale down my commitment significantly and definitely stop paying real money to the game.

I also understand how you feel about perception of reward in this game. Right now the only thing even resembling a reward is building up your roster in a "collectable card game" kind of fashion, but yet the devs have come out and said explicitly that roster size is intentionally costly to expand as players "enjoy" making decisions about throwing out hard-earned characters. Finding out more of the MPQ Dark Reign storyline has been a fun progression of the game, but yet the devs have dropped the Dark Reign title and focus on releasing non-sequitur PvE events that do not build up into any meaningful story. While the selectable end time change had given me hope in the future of the game's development, most of the significant changes before and after have only hurt the game (the rapid releases of 3-star characters, true healing, shield cooldown, the fact that they have promised to ramp up the release of 4-star characters in 2015, the list goes on).

The main problem that I have noticed is that the devs appear to confuse "frustration" with "enjoyment", or, more likely, that they are doing it intentionally. They have noticed since removing the guaranteed covers from 10-packs that they can make money by frustrating players into buying more cover packs, and have been doing their best to frustrate us in every aspect of the game ever since. I hope it has given them the short-term gain that they are looking for, because there's only just enough frustration that we players can take before we join you in leaving the game entirely.

Sorry for turning this into a massive rant but just had to get that out of my chest as well lol. I really do enjoy this game and it saddens me to see what the devs are turning it into, and I hope they will fix their attitude before it's too late.

Exactly this. Someone elsewhere here on the forums talked about the fact that you play games to release endorphines, now it's just adrenaline and usually when I close the game I'm just angry at what I've just done. Frustrating shield hops, losing a good placement by 2 points to someone who doesn't even need the cover you're aiming to, having to plan your breaks around a freaking game if you want to perform good-ish... This is not fun, this is frustrating.

I'm leaving when Doctor's Orders is over, to add my points to the alliance total.
