Inactive coalitions and search results

There used to be a project to remove inactive coalitions ( https://forums.d3go.com/discussion/76005/removal-of-inactive-coalitions-11-14-18 ). However it seems that there are still inactive coalitions that were not disbanded.

Trouble is : is you search for a coalition by a specific keyword (let's say a city or country), the search results are limited in numbers and some active coalition do not show. 

What about either actually disbanding inactive coalition or changing the search results by sorting by default the coalitions by ranking or by "active coalitions first". I think the default sorting by ranking option would be easier to implement.

What do you think about this ?
