I had frequent game freezes that cost me a lot of matches. But I get 50 free crystals? Thanks but if the game hadn't crashed repeatedly (even right before I delivered the finishing blow) I would have earned the 80 crystal reward. Still -30 net loss0

I would have to say that of all the bugs the one that freezes the game if you check objectives at the wrong time is the worst. If you cant make a game that can handle this then just disable the feature when it's not your turn!1

The bugs are a pain but the issue is that we're getting screwed and Oktagon doesn't give a tinykitty. They got their money and we get 50 crystals to address an issue that is not germane to what's really happening to a lot of players.
I didn't spend any money on this event per se, but I've dropped enough in the past that I consider myself a paying customer. I also don't mind spending money on these games because I want to support the games I enjoy. But what is our recourse when we get screwed out of rewards? I guess stop spending money on the game. Seems counter productive for everyone.
Really and truly does anyone at Oktagon understand the difference between tinykitty and good customer service When a flaw in your game mechanics deny a player the rewards they would have earned had it not been for the flaw, then your customer service should make that player whole and send the rewards to them. That's fair and equitable.

You can have them back honestly. I would rather just earn them from events.

Newer people might think that _this_ is a period of poor communication and compensation, but this is a golden luxury time compared to the past! Please be happy for the little signs... (Want more, sure, but be _really_ careful about complaints for positive things!)2 -
Hi Everyone. Just for the record, the 50 Mana Crystals was for one of the nodes being unavailable during the Hour of Devastation event.
As for freezes with "bounce" cards, the team is still investigating why this issue is occurring, and we sincerely thank everyone for their patience while the team determines what's going on.0 -

I've been playing Gems of War due to the abysmal state of this game and it's really odd; the cards do what the text on them says... every time. And there's enough content to keep you engaged.Consequently, I've spent more on it in the last month than I have here in the last year.0

Does it mean that players that lost hundreds of jewels and crystals because of the bounce, reinforced creatures or pause button bugs should expect another kind of compensation ... Or just satisfy themselves with that "investigating" status ?
This isn't even close to assuming the responsability of the bugs ... It's just a kind manner to say " guys, you just got screwed up ... Get used to it".
On top of it, it is just insulting to see dozens of new bundles entering the vault, while we are still awaiting for recent events to be scheduled for a game that remains nearly playable because we are still awaiting hotfixes for critical bugs.
Don't get me wrong, i love this game and i love the way oktagon tries to inovate, enhance player's experience and game mechanics. However, as long as players will have to pay the bill for the tons of coding errors left behind by the devs, this game will generate more frustration than a game should.
