    I've been a big fan of decreasing the costs to level PWs for a long time. I think about half the current rune costs, all around, and then halve it again for the "intro" PWs (Nissa 1, Gideon 1, Lili 1, Jace 1, Chandra 1) would feel a lot more reasonable to players at all levels and be a lot more new-player friendly.
