Community Feedback

Back in March the devs posted a thread called 'Community Feedback - legendary cards' and asked the forum for their thoughts on a specific development question. https://forums.d3go.com/discussion/71382/community-feedback-legendary-cards-3-16-18/
This had a huge response and the dev team got a quick clear response to their inquiry. Further, it provided the community to participate in the direction of the game.
I am asking for the devs to create a new sub forum called 'community feedback' where only they can start a discussion on development ideas that they have the resources to work on immediately and would like input for. Threads can have polls or be open ended.
I also suggest a thread in that subforum for clear specific wording on cards.
Not only is this free manpower, but the community will feel engaged and happy to contribute and make a difference. It will be easy for the devs to review/find the suggestions they are looking for since the topics are predefined. Most importantly, it will provide regular communication from the developers directly to the community.

This is a great idea and maybe would have helped develop a better option for speeding animations than what they have announced they are doing.

I’m merely a moderator, but I’d like to offer a thought? We already have a Suggestions & Feedbsck forum which should be used more often; as it gives the devs a first place to look other than digging through the general board.

What if they stickied ideas for feedback to that subforum?

I think this could help develop a habit of visiting that subforum and putting all of our great feedback and suggestions in the appropriate place; and when that happens should give us a louder voice.

It's not a bad idea.  Something would have to be done though to increase traffic to that forum and broadcast it's continuing relevance.

As is with the necro-rule, it's hard enough to keep a thread relevant on this forum (Safe Rant Thread and Happy Thread are the only ones that seem to have stuck around long-term), and certain Forums are just a thread graveyard (ex: Off-topic forum).

@FindingHeart8 — We are no longer closing necro-ed threads as long as the content is still relevant.
