The best was not worrying about 2.2's self destructing Riddleform Sphinxes against a "destroy 3 or fewer creatures" objective...
This! I'm hoping they make some similar adjustments to B4T. It's really frustrating to spend a lot of time building a deck and not get an objective because of one card that is specifically in the AI deck to blow your objective.

Not having to worry about Unraveling Mummy pulling out an inopportune Torment of Hailfire was another nice perk.

Also, the coalition rewards finally got me Gideon's Defeat! I was missing too many HOU rares I didn't want for me to think it was worth trying to craft (especially since it'll be the next to rotate out).

I liked the new objectives. I thoroughly despise take x or less and kill x or less objectives, so I was happy to see them go. Plus, the new objectives made some of the easier battles a bit more interactive. At the very least, I had to actually build decks for the event. Most of the older events had me just swapping a few cards out of existing dercks and getting objectives without much thought. I'm guessing that the issues were due to a lot of new code that wasn't properly tested, which is about par for the course. I dream of a day when an update doesn't wreak havoc on the game. Maybe the answer is not running a coalition event the week of the update. It seems to always be some degree of what happened here.

    I second that.
