    You missed Dowsing Dagger, which is quite a good converter if you can flip it. For any white, green, or black one color Planeswalker its flip side is the best every turn gem changer in the game. Heck, if you can give your creatures afflict and trample it'll actually boost the damage you do too. Your overall point still stands though, consistent mana production in this game keeps getting worse and worse below the Mythic level. Even at Mythic, Mox Amber requires more building around than previous cards of a similar nature. That's fine, but they really ought to give us other options.
