@Mburn7 I think most of us do what you are describing... we build a good base deck and tweak wherever we can.  but the majority of competitive players I interact with actually take screenshots of their event decks for each node/match, or track them in a spreadsheet. Most of them love to build and tweak very specific decks to maximize success. And the point that is being made is that this is tedious, takes a lot of time, and reduces the ability to just enjoy the game.  And players don't buy the deck slots because leveling PW is so incredibly expensive and a higher priority for the limited amount of runes we can procure.  three free deck slots would mirror the gaming industry standard for storing the data as well.

Well said. I don't understand why anyone would push back against something that would add a QOL convenience to all players, regardless of whether they would personally utilize it. It's sort of like being mad that they changed the planeswalkers to display in grid form because scrolling didn't bother you and you don't know why people were so annoyed by it.

Heck, I remember gluing fronts on proxy cards for tournament playtesting in paper Magic because no one wants to continually build/dismantle their decks, and there you don't have randomly changing objectives that require very specific strategies to win.

I don't know how many people played Magic Duels, but that also had virtually unlimited deck slots. It was awesome. You could build and iterate and tweak to your heart's content, then forget about a deck and go back to it a month later and have it there, instead of having to consult screenshots or spreadsheets to figure it out.
