Yes, very good for a cycling deck as well.
You have mentioned two forbiden words in the same sentence, good and cycling.

That's obviously an option to consider ... it came to my mind instantly. Then i realized it probably wouldn't have much impact as cycle decks are already overbroken without even considering loyalty. (Also, i imagine a 14 mana support might slow the deck as it would reimplace a cyclable card).

Yeah, getting loyalty from cards exiled from hand would probably be more helpful in decks where you draw so much you're doing that anyway. Like most of my Karn decks, where his first ability probably also triggers the Oath. Not that I have it…

Oh i should clarify that it works best for N3, who's so dependent on cycling cards to work her abilities that she's very hamstrung by New Perspectives and most cycling cards rotating out of standard. This card single handedly makes her decently viable, especially after HOU rotates out.

I was thinking this as well. Right now i'm using Kiora and playing around with Naban, Harbinger, and Academy Journymage, bounces their creatures every 2 out of 3 turns and the wizards get reinforced when entering the battlefield. The rest of the deck right now is mana drain but still tweaking.

I have tried a similar setup but without naban on board, the creatures grow very slowly. Instead, I've been playing it on kiora with tishana (draw etb) slim voda and harbinger (bounce etb) for bounce and the merfolk forerunner ( fetch etb). The setup works pretty well and the two legendaries allow to include karn's sundering for more bounce and extra swaps.

The same setup also works pretty well with tefeiri and you can add disable supports to avoid the etb from oponents creatures.

What do you mean disable supports?
