Yes. That's what I meant. Sorry about the confusion. I've corrected the release notes.

Having said that though, Rivals of Ixalan will already have the decreased Crafting price starting in 2.7
Sorry Brigby RIX crafting price in 2.7 remains equal as in 2.6.
My brain is all over the place today! Sorry about that. That's supposed to reference booster prices, not crafting prices. My mistake.

If it follows normal Booster Crafting rules, RIX will not go down in crafting cost until DOM becomes craftable, one month from now.

Okay, new release feedback time for me. Already played quite a few matches, got to experiment with some of the new cards and there are some good point, some went wrongs and some to improves to mention.

    Went well
    - I like the new animation on packs. I know this doesn't look like a biggie but it's much smoother and polished. I'm curious how people on inferior phone configurations feel about this and how the performance is there, but the effect is nice.
    - Overall the interface is nice and I like the new look and feel - very friendly and visually appealing.
    - Thank you for the 3xbooster every 6 hours. I actually checked the drop rates and I'm glad to see they remain unaffected. This will help a lot of players avoid losing too many free cards. This is a HUGE improvement and will mostly help newer players. So kudos for that.
    - Finally masterpieces are back in regular packs! Can't say how happy I am. It was a surprise for me to open a pack and drop a Pernicious Deed (not the best masterpiece in the set but hey, at least they are lootable). Well done and THANK YOU for this!
    - And elite packs are back to the more granular packs. That's another good news since now players can focus on what they really want. I will start hoarding purples myself and aim for the masterpieces or mythics I really want.
    - The new planeswalkers look great so far and it's cute that the default beginner/expert/master decks feature cards from origins. It's only a few purples but hey, they are better than nothing. I still need to experiment with Teferi but so far so good. Dovin is going to the grave for me.
    - There are some very interesting mechanics to experiment here. Leader is super appealing and interesting for instance.
    - Good job on making so many legacy cards legendary and artifacts. Shows attention to detail and I am happy to see this. We are getting there...
    - Some minor fixes that were not included in the release notes (would be nice to include even those small fixes you make, helps the players a lot) are pretty neat. 1 mana matches now show up as a digit on matching (+1), which always annoyed me in the past. If I am not mistaken now planeswalker gems are subject to color changing effects (even though the release notes mentioned Nissa only).

    To improve
    - Sagas seem quite underpowered right now, and the reason for this is the lack of any effect on reinforcing them. Maybe I am mistaken, but I reinforced a "Fall of the Thran" and nothing happened. This makes multiple hand to be extremely useless, as it brings little to no added value. Would be nice if either the saga reset or it actually repeated its current chapter. Please take this into consideration as I like the idea a lot!
    - I am still a bit taken aback by the accelerated rotation after all the feedback that was given. I hope the next set sees no rotations to match more paper magic. I understood the necessity to get rid of cycling (though nerfing New Perspectives would've been a wiser decision in my honest opinion), but I hope you guys will slow down and start to match paper magic more. Again, this is of uttermost importance for the newer players! We want them to stick around and get this community growing!
    - Matches got slower, and this surprised me in a quite negative way. Gem color-changing effects now have a very upsetting delay, that makes matches significantly slower!!! This is something that I hope will be addressed ASAP! Supplementary, the beginning of a match now is much slower, and somehow prior to starting your turn takes quite a bit of time. Not my favorite change, please consider fixing this too.
    - The training felt very short and kind of cluttered. Sagas could have been presented in a separate match from historic since they are very complex on their own and would help to have a tutorial focused on them solely. I see you kept to the new strategy of not giving a free DOM booster at the end of the training, which again, hurts newer players much more.
    - I HATE the new image popup thing. It is very tricky to exit a card now that I can't tap on the image because it pops it out, nor can I tap on the text because it shows reminder text... Annoying!

    Suggested adjusments
    - Memorials are still the most useless rare lands I've had in my collection for a long time. The cost will impede their proper usage in many decks. Please consider lowering it to a 7 to match BFZ lands (that were good, but by no means overpowered).
    - Land-focused cards are seriously underpowered in this game and given the rarity they end up being junk cards. I like the interaction, but not the current implementation that renders them useless. I already experimented with Multani and he sucks! Same goes for Blackblade Reforged for which I can find absolutely no usage. Junk rare that will never leave my inventory and go into some deck the way it is built now.

@Brigby How long will the current prices of Dominaria boosters stand for ? I can't see a countdown as for the Ixalan boosters.

The booster crafting release a few months back only says that the "most recent set" should be more expensive. RIX is no longer the most recent set, and the price should be reduced IMO.

Let's not make it so that things can't really be crafted at a sane cost until it's almost out of Standard!

@Brigby There's a bug fix that you forgot to give yourself credit for.

Etali now correctly works when your opponent's hand is full.

(Previously it moved the top card of their library to the top card of your library.)

@Brigby Not to add to your workload, but is it possible at some point to compile a list of legacy cards that were updated?

I went through and saw the ones that got the "Legendary" icon, but it wasn't super clear which ones got an "Artifact" subtype added.

On a related side note: How is Heart of Kiran not Legendary when Weatherlight is Legendary?  I'm pretty sure it's also a one of a kind, named, plot-centric ship?

You could just filter search for artifact and/or legendary in the old sets to see...

Heart of Kiran and Skysovereign both lack the legendary tag which both should have. The subtypes are just based on what is Legendary in paper, and both are.

The thing is, RIX is the most recent set in terms of crafting. We cannot craft DOM until it has been in game for 30 days. Once we can craft DOM, RIX will no longer be the most recently available for crafting, and its crafting costs will go down.

    Oh, my second favorite topic:

The coalition event hasn't started yet, so this might change..but I hope not.

You guys did a great job compared to every other release I've experienced so far. There are minor bugs, sure, but nothing game breaking or really annoying, plus you fixed a lot of the old ones. Kudos!

Thank you for the 6-hour 3-pack. 2-hour per card is so annoying.

But why the slower animation? Especially on the gem-changings; having tons of gem-changing supports have become annoying because of the really really draggy animation.
