Broken game, everything gives SWW

I had the same issues in Emrakuls Corruption and when it ended everything worked mostly ok. Some very long load times when opening free boosters and entering event matchups mostly.

But as soon as HoD started I can barely log in, getting several SWWs. 
Lost my first charge on HoD since the match never starts, just spinning circle on black screen again
Can't make a deck for the other two nodes since it gets stuck on assigning deck.

WiFi or mobile data makes no difference and I just transferred my account via Facebook to a new phone, Xperia XZ2 Compact with Android 8.0.0.

Since I have no hope of getting help from support that only asks for my UID over and over I write here also.
HoD is screwed for me (and one more in my coalition has the same issue on iPhone) and I doubt that it can be fixed in time for RtO.

This is highly frustrating!

    I have the same issue game takes ages to load and when it eventually loads I can’t do anything just get the sww screen.

    Hour of catastrophe for me. I already lost matches thanks to it, now I can't even load the game. I even reinstalled the app, still.. No way. I've never been out of the competition after the first match, this time I can only hope I might still be able to reach progression.

    Not even claiming the free booster is working right now.

    Same here.  Now I'm stuck with SWW at Starting Encounter.  Before this, I only got stuck at Ending Encounter.  Has anyone here saved to Facebook post-Oktagon?  I'm trying to see if transferring to another Android phone will make a difference but I don't see a Save option after logging on to facebook.  Is it automatic?

    Running iOS on a WiFi connection, I'm getting the same problems.  Can't claim Free Boosters, can't access Coalition Leaderboards.  SWWs all over the place, takes several attempts to get a match in Training Grounds.  More issues if I manage to finish the match.  
      
    I was able to play the game fine this morning.  The issues happened after the HoD event started.

    Confirmed. Game completely unplayable at this point. Let's see how long it takes for this to be fixed

    I'm experiencing the same problems (getting SWW all the time, can't even load free booster, takes forever trying to load, etc.) . It is frunstrating.

    I am most disappointed that my inability to play the game will likely cause my coalition to finish far below their normal ranking and prizes for this event.  That makes me feel very sad.

    I logged on to Facebook and the backup/restore was automatic so I installed the game on my wife's phone and tried it there and still SWW.  I joined the event with an alt account and there was no problem there so this issue seems to be account related.  As to how I got my account screwed up, I don't know.....  It started with EC event for me.  EC was 100% SWW, I could not even join the event.  However, TG and AX played normally during that time with no connection issues.  Help us Brigby-wan Kenobi, you're our only hope!

    @Brigby, at least three members of my coalition are facing the same problem. Please, let the developer team know the event is unplayable for a large portion of the players and that the outcome of it can be completely biased by this

    I can only acces chat in game nothing else works and gives sww screen. Is it just an iOS problem ?

    No, I'm on Android 8.0.0.

    I can actually play as of this morning. Although it takes forever with every action giving an SWW but retry works after a few attempts.

    People in my group tried to reinstalling the application without no luck either

    I deleted the application log in in Facebook then restarted mtg this enabled me to play 1 game in tg but then reverted to sww. Now back the same and no matter how many retry still won’t work

    Add to the list :if the game starts at all, and you open the menu :soft lock, another lost match

    The only thing working : I got asked to rate this game more than once in the last 12 hours. If you want one star rankings, that's exactly how to get them ?

    Still it’s reasuring to look in here and see they are aware and looking into it.

    All big events take place on weekends with most disturbances. And no support is on call on weekends. Makes me wonder how many actually work on and around this game.

    Same here for me. When I can get in a game it takes forever to end. Sucks that it's happening during a coalition event too.
