The XLN and RIX events increased nodes from 3 to 5 -- are you into it, or would you prefer coalition events went back to 3 nodes?

Bring back 3 node events!My heart just isn't in 5 node events. It seems like an endless grind -- and considering I wait all week to play with my coalition -- that's not awesome.
I would like more frequent (twice a week) 3 node coalition events.
We can't handle 5 nodes twice a week and 5 nodes once a week isn't enough for some people.
There weren't as many complaints when we had 3 nodes twice a week.

Let's split the difference and go with 4.The worst was playing two 5 node events on the same time. I've got the feeling that there is a lack of understanding how different events feel like for the players regarding effort and value.
I really enjoyed 48h non coalition pvp events. 4 nodes, 48hrs:that's my sweet spot

Bring back 3 node events!I’ll go with 3 nodes. Out of respect for the entire player base, this is workable. 5 nodes over the weekend feels like more work. I want to be able to play, rank high and still be able to havebsomenslack in the weekend after a very busy week.
I can only imagine I’m not the only one I. This game who has a lot of work during the week (and I’m sure many work in the weekends too). So 3 nodes twice a week sounds way better and in that way everyone can actively participate, no matter their schedule (I think - at least for the most part).0 -

Bring back 3 node events!Like froggy said: cash paying player are or for work in the week and get burned out by a timeeater on weekend. What will they quit first? The Game or the work? They would not pay anymore.
But bring back QB for everybody who wants to play more and earn some rewards for their efforts. Sideeffect: if there are more runes around everyone would buy more pw to maximize. For cash or crystal. Just saying...

Let's split the difference and go with 4.I'm fine with 5 nodes for special events, or events with above average prizes. I didn't mind b4t the first time because it was kind of fun .Second time it ran felt like a grind and now it feels like work . It isn't particularly difficult , but some of the battles are painfully tedious. When something is tedious I cycle .If an event makes me want to cycle, I don't really want to play it. 3 node events are easier to manage, and I think 4 is ideal . They feel like you have to work for it a little ,but it usually won't take hours to get through a round of charges. All of the events being 5 nodes is miserable0

I have another opinion.Some events have 3 nodes. Some have 5. As long as there's balance I don't mind it as much.
The 3x5 PvE is a little long, though, 3x3 would be much better there (or even 3x4).
The regular events should be varied. Variety is nice.
Rotating the colors on an event (like the original Terrors) was a fun way to have 3 nodes feel different each time.
I'm starting to think original Terrors was the best designed event of them all. Wow that feels weird to say.
Back on topic: I don't mind 5 node events as long as ALL events aren't 5 node events.

Bring back 3 node events!5 nodes every 8 hours is just too much, especially with how long events are nowadays. Alternatively, slowing down the node recharge rate to 12 hours or more (and scaling down progression to match) would improve the current events without major changes (please, please don't make the events longer if you do this, they already drag on too long for me). It would also reduce the inconvenience of the last charge with 10-11 hours instead of six. Hopefully new events will be mostly 3 node events. 1-2 day long events would be great too! I think most of the non-coalition events should be shortened to 1-1 1/2 days actually.
tl/dr: if events stay at 5 nodes, they should recharge only every 12 hours. Without making the events longer!

Bring back 3 node events!I prefer 3 nodes event, 5 nodes is quite heavy to deal with when you have to clear 2 or 3 charges after a day at work.
If an event has to be made 5 nodes for background or storyline reasons like BOFT then less refreshes could be considered. We used to see some thematic events with 12 or 24 hours refreshes if i remember well.0 -
PVP 3 nodes but PVE 5 nodes.For those asking for the 5 node PVE structure to be decreased to less nodes- Is is it reward/effort that is the concern? If they doubled or tripled the rewards would the 5node event be ok? AM was brought back wih much fanfare and I do not recall anyone discussing its 5x3 structure. Obviously we had not had any new content for quite some time and maybe there was unrest about the 5 nodes and noone said anything because they were just happy for the change.
For the OP- It sounds like you like the deckbuilding challenge this type of event gives you. This is my favorite part of the game. Do you create the 15 decks for the first run though and change all of them during the same event or just change the 15 decks between runs of the event? It can be time consuming setting your 15 decks for the event but for me, once I have them built there is some catch up, but not overwhelming. But if you are changing the deck each time is can see that it would be an impossible task. I feel the 3 runs through the gauntlet allows for some variance between the matches to make sure the decks I have created do hold up against the secondary objectives.
I hate to say this but the problem may be coalitions. I am all for coalitions. On the last poll they sent out I choose coalitions for one of the top priorities. I like the group aspect and I like the extra rewards. It has kept me from quitting this game during a couple of spells. I am glad I haven’t quit, I enjoy this game and booster crafting. But we have players asking to not give to much during week because of work and not to much on weekends because that is for family time or wind down time. It is the pressure that the coalition format puts on you to play beyond progression or not skip an event that you do not have time for.
if we didn’t have the pressure to go beyond progression we could then ask about what progression should be set at. Maybe 670 instead, which is 2 perfect runs. This would only be 30 battles over 3 days. Right now we have people asking for more to do. (Bring back QB. No point to go beyond 4 battles in TG and therefore not enough to do, I just blasted through the 3 day PVE in an hour and now nothing to do. Third day of weekend event and no other event and nothing else to do.)
They have given us something to do and now we tell them this is to much to do. So I ask.
1) Is PVE monotonous because we know the decks we are facing?
2) Does the pressure of the coalition format and grinding past progression make PVE tedious/time consuming to complete all nodes?
3) Are the current rewards vs effort just not enough for this event?
4) Is building 15 decks and the run to 750 progression just to much to ask?0 -

Explaining my vote :
We have now only one coalition event per week (which I deeply regret). I like the two events, I don't mind 5 nodes and having lots of games to play. But only because we have one event per week.
I miss the former structure mid week PvP, weekend PVE.
With that structure 5 nodes would be too long. Race to Orazca is not suited to be a mid week event. Even with the current reduced format it demands lots of time
