The character rebalance game!

So the rules of the game are simple.  I name a character and the next person has to state one way they would rebalance them.  It could be a health buff, an increase to a power's damage, decreasing a skill's cost, or anything else you can think of.  I just ask that you don't re-do their entire kit, and don't post a novel please!  Once you re-balance said character, name a character you would like to see re-balanced (could be a nerf or a buff), and the next poster will have at it.

Wonder if we will eventually get to every character in the game?

    3*DD: Purple removes enemy countdowns and repeaters at 5 covers. I think that's pretty much it, both blue and red are very decent powers. Purple is the worst because it's useless against enemies who don't make strike/protect/attack tiles.

    For the next one: maybe Sandman?

    Sandman: Passively generates protect tiles while there are a certain number of yellow tiles on the board ala Blade.

    I want to play!

    4-star Falcon: Reduce his red AP cost by 4 (to a total of 10). Have his yellow behave more like his 3-star counterpart's purple power. I have no problem with his blue passive.

    I am guessing you mean Indestructible Hulk (3*). 

    Change his red power add-on (at cover 5) from 370 for each Green AP you have, to 370 for each Green tile on the board (like Iceman Green)

    Since we fixed Hulk, how about Iron Man (Hulkbuster) next?

    Hulk-Proof's tiles should be protected to make them truly "Hulk-proof." Overdrive should cost 2 less.

    The Thing: Yellow passive now generates 3 Blue AP when the enemy matches a friendly special tile, but only if another Fantastic Four member is on the team. (the intent being to further synergize with Mr Fantastic and Invisible Woman, leaving out Human Torch since he's not a 4* and these are 3-member MPQ teams)

    (Sorry to interrupt, but this would be so annoying to fight against if the invisibility tile was in one of the bottom corners every time, but it would cause a sharp increase in War Machine usage.)

    Beast: Blue becomes a repeater tile that creates 2 Strike/Protect/Attack tiles every turn.

    Hmm, hard to do for a 5* I've barely used.

    BSSM: Lower cost of Green to 10
               Purple: Add passive that matches made by BSSM do 50% of the reduced enemy strike tile damage.
               Blue: Always does higher damage + 1 turn stun, add passive that generates weak enemy strike tiles when enemy is stunned

    Lockjaw royal escort will summon the most present color on the board but will also summon any color that has 2 charged tiles currently on the board.

    Kraven: Black - destroys 3AP from enemy but only 1AP from players team and increases to 4AP at max level, buff damage. Blue - reduce cost to 7AP and buff damage.

    Vision: Yellow and Blue powers generate protect and strike tiles instead of only affecting Viz himself. Red loses its different abilities and instead destroys enemy special tiles or does team damage if no special tiles present, like Cloak & Dagger.

    How about Elektra (either or both versions)?

    Elektra: If no friendly strike tiles exist, create friendly strike tiles. If friendly strike tiles exist, create weak strikes for the enemy and steal and buff existing enemy tiles.

    Miles Morales:
    At LVL 4, Power & Responsibility could overwrite non countdown tiles. At LVL 5, it could do countdown tiles.
    Venom Blast would cost 8, but do extra damage for each web tile currently on the board.

    Next up - Go down to the 1-star realm and redo Yelena Belova!

    Easy one. All she needs is for her powers to be cheaper. For as little damage as she gets from her purple, it should be at most one AP more than MBW. At most. Possibly just have it the same, and have the damage as a compensation for not having the best stun in the game as her other power. Bring Payback Mission down to maybe 10 black or so.
