    Many never get an exception,  I've personally been denied on 7 different requests
    I did say "sometimes".

    That once per customer is if they feel like it. Lots of people have gotten zero swaps on classics while others have gotten more than one. Best bet is to ask. Worst thing is they'll say no and you'll be getting iso.
