    I got a response to my ticket saying that now I should be able to play, but it gets stuck at the same ‘fetching player event’. I reinstalled it and it’s the same...

    Now I officially would like a refund for the last money I spent on the game, meaning the two bundles, with the Scarab God and Imminent Doom.

    And now I’m starting to get notifications to log in and claim my daily rewards. But still can’t get in. Feels like the app is mocking me. 

    @Brigsby, do we have any updates from yesterday’s meeting?

    @wereotter Wait...are you all in the same coalition? If so, would you mind providing the name of your coalition?

    In my personal opinion, that seems too coincidental to be unrelated, since this doesn't seem to be a widespread issue.

    It looks like we all are in the same coalition, yes.

    But the coalition is PointEaters. Also if it makes any difference I was sent an email Tuesday morning saying it was resolved, and haven't heard back from them since telling them that it actually is not. As an interesting note, I CAN get into the game if I uninstall the app and reinstall it, but then my entire account is gone, and when I attempt to reconnect to it using my Facebook log in, I'm back to the stalling and eventual error message I've been encountering for the past week.

    I stated in one of my ticket responses that we were all in the same coalition.

    We found a fix. You have to be kicked from the coalition then you can log in and rejoin. Anyone still having trouble? I can let Deedforger know to kick you.

    well, I got in, got back into PointEaters, but now I'm stuck in the same Fetching Player Event screen as before and can't do anything. :(

    Glad to hear that your Coalition was able to figure out an alternative solution!

    @scorpian Hmm that's certainly unusual that you seem to be the only one who encountered the error again, even after rejoining. Did the other players in your coalition also experience this behavior, even after being kicked out?

    Yes. I'm seeing on our Facebook page that I'm not the only one.

    I wonder if all players of our coalition are affected by the problem. Maybe it is an stupid idea, but might it help if we are kicked out of the coalition temporarily?

    It doesn't look like it was actually everyone, but it was definitely at least half of us. Probably those who didn't link to Facebook weren't impacted?

    Good points. I wouldn't mind being kicked out of the coalition again just to see if my account will work without being attached to it. Just temporarily. At least I'd be able to test it.

    I was kicked out and was able to temporarily rejoin the game but once I rejoined the coalition and loaded an event, it got stuck "Fetching Player Event" again... So now Im once again locked out of the game... Can someone who reads this help kick me out again...I will await further updates from the development team before trying to join again...

    Seems that the kicking worked. Let’s hope it’s ok. I still want to know what compensations will be offered for these 8 days.

    Hi Everyone. I just spoke with the development team, and they have notified me that this issue should be fixed. Could players of your Coalition that were affected please try logging into the game again?
