Game does not load [Fixed]

Hello,
this morning I tryed to play on my iPhone and the game got stuck on retriving coalition data. I tryed iPad and got the same issue. Any ideas please?

    Same, but I'm stuck on "Fetching Player Event" for the last three hours.

    Indeed, it gets stuck as on “Fetching Player Event". I reinstalled the game, but the problem persists.
    so, it’s more than 24hrs...

    Same here... already sent a support ticket and awaiting response. I’m in the same coalition as wereotter... could this be affecting certain coalitions?

    I got the response of delete the game reset my cache then reinstall the game. Did that, it didn’t work. Sent them back an email saying so, but I’m willing to bet we don’t hear anything till Monday. Remember, customer support is closed on weekends -_-“

    I got a reply asking me for "more detail about the experience that you've encountered". I start the game, it gets stuck after "fetching player event". Thats all the details Ive got... Not sure what they are after. Anyone else experiencing the same?

    I'm having the same problem - since last Thursday afternoon (HST). I'm in the same coalition, too.

    I wonder if the weekend event is part of the problem. Mine stopped loading after I registered to participate. But is still broken.

    Me too, I have reinstalled it two times and it gets stuck just the same. I have just bought the two bundles with the mythic cards, I saw the crystals and the cards in my inventory and then the game froze and sice then the problem with ‘fetching player event’...

    I have exactly the same problem since friday last week. It first appeared when searching for an opponent in training grounds. I am in the same coalition as the others too.

    This has got to be the poorest tech suport I have ever encountered...not even one damn sign...

    I did receive a reply from my ticket. I followed the directions they gave me, and I was able to finally connect to the game, but as a new player. When I tried to connect with FB from the game to load my player account, I got stuck in the same screen as before.

    I have also tried that, the game worked as a new player, but when I connected with FB it got stuck just as before.

    @scorpian Looks like Customer Support is already assisting you with restoring your account. Please let me know if you run into any snags in that restoration process, and I'll see if I can help in any way.

    @Andreijj @wereotter @DrPanda I was able to locate all of your tickets, and I've escalated them up to the development team for further investigation.

    Thanks Brigby. Let’s hope it will be fixed soon (and we get our rightfully items we missed during this down time and that none of us was kicked from the coallition we were in :))
