As I now have all of the HOD cards.  Any news when new material is coming?

This should be answered in the upcoming Q&A for December. It was asked numerous times in the requests thread. So, here's hoping! :)

Gosh we're an impatient bunch!  You would think they hadn't fed us in five months.. <snicker>

It has to be January when it comes plus when the update came on the android yesterday only for a few minutes I saw the picture was Vraska from Ixalan so it’s getting closer.

I feel the same. Great joy crafting and getting every single card I have chased. Completed AKH, HOU, Origins.
But playing today felt empty since there wasn't really anything desirable to chase and grind for. Could still try to complete Legacy and KAL/AER but having only 3 mythics between those sets, that grind seems endless.

And I have crystals enough for Bolas, runes to level him and purples for some Elite packs when Ixalan comes.

And testing new decks is only fun for a short while since Greg is a poor measuring stick.

Whilst I appreciate your comment Andrew. Hod has been around so long even before crafting cam me out i had very few cards left to get and now I only have 1 card left from that set.    So yes. Although I’m not impatient I think this set has been around long enough.  And I notice that no one is morning the lack of  weekend event RoTP

I am.  I vastly prefer it to HoD.

I'd much rather face some of the old bosses that kicked my butt back when I lacked the good cards to handle it.  I haven't forgotten about you 400+hp Avacyn.

Avacyn will be so easy now. Cast Out takes care of most boss threats. I don't remember any of them having much support removal.

yeah...except Bolas, who has been by far my least favorite boss to fight since those events began.

Hope you're not still using creatures to fight him.

Same. PvP only events has been incredibly frustrating for me. Even if it’s a different one, I’d prefer a PvE one.

Me as well. I love PVE and especially RotGP. Would love to put together some energy based creatureless decks with my new cards.

Especially now that PvP is flooded with key new mythics.

I also miss a PvE event. Yes, we have OGW I and II, but they take forever to grind (most of them require two fights to get all objectives). I didn't hate RGP, I hated RGP combined with HoD. Or the 4-hour RGP. That was terrible. I would like to fight Avacyn again, even though I was able to defeat her sometimes back in those days (barely and not reliably!) Man, I had a hard time fighting Engulf the Shore! Luckily my G2 was able to pump back in 4 Knight tokens. Those were great days!

Btw: any other PvE event would also be welcome.

nope, I have all the best cycling cards.   But while cycling is probably the most powerful mechanic in this game so far...I also find it incredibly boring to play (and will avoid using my cycling cards at all cost).  I don't regret owning the cards as it makes a nice "last resort," but I want interaction...I didn't come here to play infinite combo (aka magic solitaire).

Ah ok, yeah i used to use a cycling Ob to beat Bolas but I got tired of that. It forced me to get creative. At one point I was using a pseudo-creatureless Nahiri just to shake it up a bit.

Creatureless Ajani is better than Nahiri, in my opinion. He can not only carry more spells and supports than Nahiri, but his skills aren't based on you having creatures and he has better mana gains. That's what I've been using the entire time to beat Bolas.

I totally agree, but I beat him with creatureless Ajani so much that I got bored of that too lol
