Beware! We have reports from multiple coalition groups of:
1. People losing all their orbs and/or mana runes upon exiting/restarting the app.
2. Crafting not debiting orbs correctly. Theory is that the displayed value isn't updating, but the actual value is being tracked, because at some point it does stop you from crafting more.
I highly recommend taking screenshots of your currency totals and holding off on heavy crafting. Save yourself some CS tickets later.
Sorry for not putting this in the bugs forum, but it's a major enough update that I thought it should be here.

I want to mention that this was a huge change, so we should 1) not be surprised there were bugs, but 2) also be patient and give them a chance to rectify it without throwing them under the bus. No one has so far, but I know how these things tend to go.

I'd also add that the amount of experience returned to the number before sww and jewels as well (got few due to completing deck on expert level)

Hi!
I wanted to add that it isn’t crediting runes from conversion or from any other rewards. I played a round of OotG and received no runes from the round rewards. It’s broken all the way around, sadly.

Of course this is a huge change but also the most anticipated update for months. But playtesting/bugfixing still doesn't seem to be a priority. Are they aware how disappointing it is when your excitement of crafting turns into fear and frustration?
And once they release an update they should just wait and see what happens and respond immediately. At least it's not another Friday-just-wait-until-Monday-disaster.

Many did not get runes or they disappeared.

Once app restarted lost all additional runes and Mama orbs.

One additional thing that’s has happened to me.
I reinstalled the app, and when I logged back in my daily rewards calendar reverted to day one.
Along with that, all of my pink And yellow crystals are gone.

It doesn't add anything you earn to your totals.
Crafted some mythics and completed a few decks and all the rewards that was given did not add to the total (lost 2000 runes, 40 purples)

HI Everyone. We are aware of several issues occurring with the Booster Crafting feature.
Mana Orbs display number is not properly updating after crafting a card
Mana Orbs drop to 0 after reloading the app, preventing players from crafting new cards
Mana Runes are not updating to reflect runes received from duplicate conversion
If this has occurred for you, please submit a support ticket, and we will be manually fixing those issues. Since this will be a manual procedure, please understand that this might take some time, however the team will be working as quick as they can to address these accounts, as well as fixing this issue in-game.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but thank you for your patience.

Your Facebook may not be connected. (Hope you had it connected to FB) Double check. If no FB is connected then it will show a different progress... Just go back to settings and put your FB login back in and you should be fine. Otherwise, if you have your ORIGINAL UID send a ticket to have them restore. (Not the 'current' UID)
