the 8 pws rotation a week is good change. previously it took 6 weeks for a plane walker to rotate back in

Did you even take the time to read the Q&A?  You are still thinking like it's Hibernium when it's Oktagon. In terms of service and what they've managed to do to communicate to us so far is miles ahead of Hibernium.

1. Oktagon realeased info that Booster Crafting will take precedence to Ixalan. Why? Because it was delayed numerous times and the player base was livid. Meaning that Ixalan will come next.

2. At the time, and likely still are, they were trying to understand the code left behind by Hbernium and then once that is figured out,  they will know how to move forward.  Coding isn't like jumping from one bike to another.  More like jumping from a bike to a jet to a car to a submarine. You need to understand how they operate before attempting to change anything. 

3. They aren't being conspiratorially quiet. If they don't tell us a "specific date" , it is because they don't know. Ixalan is going to be their first set release and They have a long ways to go. They know very well how much is riding on this.  So instead of releasing broken/glitchy cards they are trying to ensure cohesive and balanced play. Or they'll likely suffer endless grief. Not something any of us want so I'm willing to wait

 If such concerns matter to you,  you should post in the thread asking for questions for Oktagon to answer.  The more repeated questions they get the more likely they'll talk about it.  No guarantee you will get that answer,  but better than nothing.  I've been asking about Ixalan everytime it comes up. My last chance asked when Ixalan can be anticipated in ballpark figures. Maybe we'll get answer, maybe not.  But truthfully,  there's not one iota of evidence that shows Oktagon to be misleading.
