Push notifications

I recently upgrade my phone (LG G4 -> Samsung 8plus) and managed to get MPQ reinstalled and recovered my profile via FB and everything is great.

Well, nearly everything. I'm still getting push notifications even though I've had them turned off in my settings for the last ~3 years. I've not had this happen after previous device changes. It's only happening for PvP events, but it's not happening for all of them. For example, most recently I got a notification about the new season start, but not the Cap PvP event and just now I've got one for the Deadpool pvp.

Have you tried enabling all notifications and then leaving the settings screen?
Afterwards you could try disabling them again.

As a brute force alternative, you can also prevent an app from sending notifications in Android.
