    Not surprised, disappointed. I think most of us are used to f2p austerity moves by now, but we don't need to like it. I don't have much hope for a change either, unless it alienates the entire new player base and even then they likely won't do anything if history is any indication.

    Bingo. That's actually player positive in that it offers an option both to those who choose to long in more frequently and those who log in infrequently.

    The only potential positive spin I could think of was that this signals a more favorable booster crafting system if they have data to suggest they need to give out fewer dupes while leaving new players the option to receive more if they are conditioned to open the app more often.

    Who cares? It's 1 card, probably a dupe...

    You guys realize their entire desire is to get us to open the game up as frequently as possible, right?  4 hour refreshes, sure why not, 2 hour single card boosters, hell yeah!  Do you not notice them pinging you with alerts all the time unless you turn them off?

    Do I wish they would stack?  Sure. 

    Will they ever make that change which will undermine their whole strategy?  Of course not.

    Yeah, I turned my notifications off. If their strategy is to get me to open the app more it's not working. With each update I play a little less.

    No, in fact I do not, I have not gotten a single booster notification, and so have missed several opportunities to draw a card.

    I won't be their puppet.
    I won't log in more just to get less, and yes I would get less. I won't compromise my health, my family, or my job just for the sake of a mobile game.

    Like it or not, the harsh truth is the devs not only do not communicate with us they don't listen to us either, and it's become increasingly evident that they don't even care. 
    We didn't ask for this but we got it because it suited what they wanted. Many things we have asked for we haven't gotten and the things we have gotten have come with a price. (Side note: yes I know it's a free game and I know if we don't want to pay no one is forcing us to. That's not the point.)

    I agree with babar3355. It'd be nice but it won't happen. Even if they listen they won't care. It doesn't suit their "to hell with the player" strategy.

    Like pp said -- doesn't really affect me because I never get anything new from free boosters, but it's a bad move for new players.

    I think the idea is that whoever the middle management marketing person came up with this they think we have brain of the average chimp. You could see the reaction from miles ahead
    you could also predict that will grow to hate so much new system that they will stop using free booster altogether
    In summary:
    Idea was to have a tap on us every 2 hours (hahahhahahhahah)
    Reality:
    I log in even less now, I dont give 2 flying helicopters about free boosters anymore

    I think advertisements are coming next. "Look the average user opens the app every 2 hours and stays for X amount of time".

    I just value my time too much
    If I really need dupes I would buy 3k crystals and 10 premium packs (260 cards )... time is money and I rather spend my free time to enjoy real life

    lets say it takes 5? minutes to stop what you are currently doing take your mobile, open an app, go to vault , open free boost, put phone down get back to whetever you were doing ( I know you can set yourself a 2 hour timer and have game minimized but thats not the point!)

    5 minutes * 260 = 1300 minutes or 22 hours

    its really up to you what you want to spend your time on

    At first sight when I got one card only I thought it was yet another bug.

    Btw, why even call this a booster ? It's a free card, final break.

    I was only able to collect 2 cards a day. I think I won't bother anymore. It doesn't wort it

    I think stacking should not be the issue. They will never do that and we all know that and maybe it's so we can complain when they deny this wish. I think the reduction to one card is unnecessary but I don't mind it nearly as much as all the other new troubles the latest update brought. I can even see two positive things: 1. the cards are only standard now, making them more relevant than before and 2. If you play regularly, there is always a card to pick up. Strangely, this makes me happy even if I might get less cards overall (and one of them was a dupe rare already, so that still happens).

    If this really bothers you or if rely on getting those cards more than me (or other veterans), voice your concern but I somehow feel this takes away from other issues.

    Since they don't seem to care about concerns that much and do things no one asked for anyway, it probably doesn't matter.

    I was lucky enough to get one non dupe rare in the last week but otherwise it's been almost all dupes. I never really relied on the free boosters for new cards after a while, so I'm not that sad about it. It actually makes me less inclined to log in to my game because the actual return on time investment even for logging in is so miniscule, the app notification has become white noise.
