    They should stack
    The change to the free booster being every 2 hours works out to being more cards over a 24 hour time period; if you don't sleep, work, go to school, etc.

    Given that we all sleep, that's 3 or 4 boosters lost. Now we're back down to essentially the same number of free dup... cards, as before. Now add in school or work, and you're down another 3 or 4. You are now getting fewer free cards in a 24 hour period.

    The change itself isn't bad. The lack of stacking along with it, is.

    Thats a fair compromise.  Say you can't stack more than 8 hours worth (4) since that's what it was before (the 8 hours, not the 4 cards).  I don't understand why they changed this in the first place, though, especially with no warning from @Brigby

    Totally not a cool change - they just want us to be even more addicted to this game, to continuously think about it and keep checking.

    Stacking up to a max of 4 would be a good compromise but it would of course go against their vision of zombifying their playerbase...

    It's a negative change for me, I already log in before work, during lunch, after work, and before bed. On a positive note, I already have most of the cards anyway. But this makes it tough for new players, for sure!

    I really don't approve of this change, even if it supposedly means more cards. Besides the fact that being at the game's 2 hour timer, opening one card at a time is significantly less fun then opening multiple.

    I agree with there being a limit to how many of them stack. I think 4 would be a good number as well, to match the previous 8 hour time. Stacking without a limit isn't the solution.

    As I said in another thread, without stacking it ends up looking like more but most likely being less cards than we were getting already due to the need for sleep. I also have to ask, who in the player base does this benefit? Who asked for this? Why was this change made? It seems like  a step in the wrong direction especially after several other decisions to limit access to cards, and the reaction from some players.

    I have not been able to log in since the update ate my account, but not having the "boosters" stack is just silly.

    They should stack to a cap of 4, i.e. every 8 hours they cap out. 

    But this was a move to reduce how many cards a person can get for free in a day. (18 hours worth nets you nine cards at the cost of sleep and assuming you hit right at two hours [you won't.]). So a more realistic cap would be at 3.

    I would bet money the response will be "This is good for newer players" and they will ignore all evidence and argument to contrary.

    This is detrimental mainly to new players, I haven't had a new card from the free boosters in over a month. The people who really benefit from the free boosters are newcomers with their limited owned cards, so limiting accessable cards with these ridiculous regeneration cycles only benefits anyone who would write a bot to auto collect the one card boosters.

    If one cannot afford memory to upgrade an Android to have the game available just to collect every two hours, one should also not pay D3 anymore money for ingame content due to not being able to afford that either. And you are talking to a game player and player of the card game too who once opened a foil Jace the Mindsculptor Beleren from a Worldwake booster pack and traded it for a whole booster pack box of cards. And that box was worth more then anything from D3 I have bought yet.

    You must question our sanity if you think anyone will login every 2 hours just to get yet another common.
    Good thing they now drop only Standard cards. Beautiful addition and thumbs up for that.

    Exactly... I have 8 hours of work with occasional access to my phone but not enough where it will make up for the three packs of 3 I WAS able to get, before.
    Honestly, it would be nice if they ASKED US, for a change. I hear they have this thing on these forums called a.. what is it, again? Oh yes.. a POLL!!...

    I mean consider if the players who care enough to come and check the forums MIGHT have a better opinion about the game than the random players who don't bother...

    It's just silly... So maybe someone can learn from THIS POLL and get an idea...

    Yes, stack it even up to 9! (for the three packs in a day, before this) Or hell, 8 7, but just don't think this is a good alternative to what wasn't broken, before...

    Y'all seem very surprised that D3 would make a decision like this.
