Why does Nahiri destroy white gems? To pop clues!

Really? Because that doesn't sound right.
You think? It looks to me like Nahiri's 2nd ability has been designed specifically to have synery with the mechanics of the set that she's in. I mean, it's a pretty **** ability, and there's an awful lot of words on it for such a low power ability. There must be SOME reason why JC designed it like that?

Didn't they tell you? Hixus and Suppression Bonds should always have been on multicolored gems; that bug will be fixed in the next release.

Anyone can design bad cards. And, JC leaving is the only reason I can think of for the bizarre decision to change clues from white gems to gems of all colors. Why does Nahiri destroy white gems? To pop clues!
Wasn't it more to enable the delirium mechanic?

Well, it enables the delirium mechanic and the madness mechanic, so it seems to me like it was also intended to enable the clue mechanic. There are red cards with Delirium too, so why pick white? Don't forget, when clues were originally designed, popping your opponent's clues made them reset to 2 charges.

    Let's ask @Hibernum_JC !
