*NEW ALLIANCE CHANGE*

With the recent #103 finish in the last pvp, Alek87 has come up with the idea that if a top 100 finish isn't being achieved in an event then the bottom scorer of that event from Arch Angels will swap with the top scorer from The Untamed. If this still doesn’t achieve top 100 then the second bottom scorer of Arch Angels will swap with the second top scorer of The Untamed and so on. Since these bottom members would be missing out on the top 100 reward anyway there's no loss to them by swapping and in return allows for 20 members of the two alliances to achieve top 100 rewards instead of none of us.

This will be kept within reason, if a top 100 finish looks possible with current members or the opposite and very unrealistic then no swaps will be made.

With communication and synchronising the swaps likely to prove difficult no more than 5 swaps will be made. These will begin to be made roughly 8 hours before an event is due to end, however delays will be made possible for late entrants. Being UK time events often finish at 6am for me and therefore I'm asleep, this is why the potential swaps will be sorted earlier.

To better the chance of rewards for all members of The Untamed as well as Arch Angels, these changes will take effect immediately. If no reply is given you may face being removed or miss out on the chance of being promoted.

As explained in the previous rule change first choice to return to Arch Angels is Mvzk as he is active again. Teebles will then be next in line if activity is increased.

My biggest concern over the current way we run is communication. The MPQ chat is good but doesn't save discussions and doesn’t allow us to include members of The Untamed in our chat, which is something I would really like to do. Any suggestions regarding this would be greatly appreciated.

Any opinions/suggestions on this new change are also welcomed.

Well we could use whatsapp, viber or facebook chat for important messenges only. So no chit chat or any other ****, because we already do that in our MPQ chat. So I would prefer that we add only Yanos and maybe some other captain(s) on facebook and when it will be neccesary, he/she will add only those people who need to make the swap if we don't make it to top 100. The same could be done with whatsapp by giving our numbers to yanos but I'm not sure if everybody would be comfortable with that, though I do not mind. And after everybody has been informed through facebook/whatsapp/viber and the swap has been made, the chat could be deleted till the next only necessary swap. That way the converstation will stay "tidy" without getting messy and people not checking the messages. So that would mean that there would be a maximum of 4 announcements for the pve's swap per month and 1 for the season score swap only for those who would need to make the swap. And offcourse maybe once in a while occassional important announcement for everybody, but that could also be done through forum so it's not really necessary to my opinion, but it would make it easier.

And offcourse a just tiny bit less likely to succeed option would be to add everyone and not delete conversation afterwards . I really don't see how that could go wrong with 40 people

So what do you think ?

P.S: And offcourse we could also contact Yanos that way if we go on vacation or are really busy due to work, study or any other personal matters, like I was past weeks

Sounds great to me. I'm happy to use any means, whatsapp or Facebook are my preference. A 40 member group chat would be near impossible to achieve haha. It would be perfect though!

For those wondering why I'm looking to increase communication it's simple, I don't want to have to kick anyone without them knowing why or to have someone miss out on promotion because they didn't apply in time.
For example, woolly is to swap with Mvzk for the current PVP but I have no way of letting him know and I don't want to lose members who have been with us from the start and good members at that. He'd be straight back in for PVE after the PVP finishes as he is one of the top scorers. Mvzk is ready and waiting because I can contact him via this forum.

When we have a better idea of the people who are willing to chat via Facebook/whatsapp (for important topics) then we can look to get something in motion.

Hey fellow Angels

As most of you are aware my days of playing this game are at an end (or at least to a very bare minimum), therefore I will be handing over the role of commander and leaving the alliance.

I could ask almost anyone in the alliance to take over as commander and I know you would all do a great job, but I have chosen to ask Duffman to look after things now. I'm sure you'll all wish him the best and continue to be as great for him as a commander as you were for me.

When I left Scarfighters I formed Arch Angels for casual play every now to allow for some extra rewards. I never predicted we would end up as competitive as we did and that's thanks to all of you.

To all my current and previous alliance members from Arch Angels, The Untamed and Scarfighters, you helped add a lot of enjoyment to this game, thank you.

Who knows if I will be back competitive again one day, but for now that is highly unlikely.
