    No, 5*s have to stay in Legendaries only. They are far too strong to be common - even now it is almost better to skip 4*s completely and use 5*s.
    WIth legendaries obtainable from promoting 3*s and 4*s, you should be getting more and more as your roster grow. Well, vaulting broke this completely, but still....

    I've got four champed 4*s, with another on deck and a few high level 4*s (10+ covers). All 3s are champed. If at least one of the 4* champs are boosted, I can usually get my initial clear done in about 45-50 minutes. Final grind is usually about an hour to an hour and 15 minutes.
