Because, no offense, but your 3* heroes are worthless at their current levels. Level 70-80 3* heroes can't do much. They are probably equivalent to level 50-60 2* heroes. In other words, in PvP you are going to be targeted and chewed up, and in PvE, they are going to be too weak to do much due to scaling.

You should focus on one or two of your 3* heroes if you can get them soft-capped to above lvl 100, or you should level some of your 2* heroes to lvl 85.

focusing on 2 or 3 would require have more multiple drops of them. All my 3 stars are maxed to the point of not beign able to go further without pulling another.

You seemed focus on this "final release" **** as if the game made a major change from "beta" to "final release." The game has always been in flux. I couldn't give you a run down of every single gameplay and feature change that occured both within the so-called "beta" and "final release."

You don't play the game well, you're not doing very well at it, and you instead harp on the changing of one word to two. It had no functional difference. It was not like the switch to "final release" had a switch toggled along with it that said "screw CoolB76."

There are plenty of original players and NON-original players that are doing quite fine at the game because they've figured out the tricks and played optimally. You obviously haven't.

I didn't know a rant was asking for help. I apreciate the advice but the manor in which most of it was delivered was rather rude and uninformed and for the most part had nothing to do with what I was ranting about.

Please calm down and maybe follow Your own advice - reread some of the posts as there are really valuable and come from very experienced top players?

I am at a loss for a situation where I have ever NOT paid with my hands over my feet. The saying his hand over fist. Only mentioned it so someone would learn something from this thread. JI JOE: The more you know. And Knowing is half the battle.

Also I've never spent a dime and my covers hp and iso are all more than sufficient. So, I don't know what to say. If you were knew I would understand, but as you say you've been around a long time I don't really get it beyond maybe some inefficiencies somewhere along the line. And given that me and most other forum goers have no problem giving info on how they win I don't see why having to do certain things to optimize is really a big issue. I do see you don't usually post on the forum, so that plus not thinking up how to optimize on your own probably has a lot to do with the venom? Either way, asking for help usually receives a better response than barking and growling.

Alas, poor CoolB76, we only just met him but knew him well for what he was regardless.

I think the lessons in this thread today are:

1) If you let go of aggressive hostility, you can learn something from what I've seen to be one of the nicer internet gaming communities.

2) When drawing your pistol and opening fire, make sure the community doesn't have an arsenal of rocket launchers and high-rate-of-fire armaments.

3) Poking at mods with a stick allows them to pull out a hammer.

I started playing about 110 days ago, when the game was still under Preview version and not Final.

I made the mistake of not joining the forum to get the advice needed. I made a lot of fuss about the scaling too as I wasn't able to compete well in PVE and PVP events. But then everyone I PMed told me to level up my ** heroes and go from there, since I've only got maxed IM35 and MBW. So I worked to get C.Storm and OBW fully levelled, with ISO spread to Thor and Modern Magneto as 3rd slot options. Guess what? I was able to get Daredevil, Psylocke and BP covers from placement rewards. Recently I got Lazy Thor, Lazy Cap and Human Torch covers from placement rewards as well. As this because I got a good solid ** team, plus my non maxed Punisher which served me well until I maxed my Lazy Thor few days ago.

I'm glad that I listened to the advice on ** roster and am now more focused on levelling my *** team with the help of my alliance. btw the members of my alliance were good enough and competed for the Lazy Cap covers - so I think almost all of us has Lazy Cap fully covered due to the placement rewards from recent events.

Yea, 2 stars are just as important as 3 stars. Heack, I am still leveling up a number of my 2 stars and I have a 141 punisher. (could have a 141 Patch as well.)

I got half way down the first page and was gonna reply to the OP with my experiences and thoughts on this, but as i read I could see everybody else saying exactly what i was thinking and know to be correct from experience so i didnt bother. Getting to the end of this 'discussion' i cant resist chiming in, and although I totally agree with the person who said that swearing is the last refuge of the ignorant I dont think it would be going too far to say that the OP is clearly a muppet, and an ignorant one who is unable to listen. Every other reply on this whole post has been spot on as far as I can see and yet still he argues LOL

Oh and I also agree that this is an incredibly helpful and friendly forum if you are willing to learn.
