Field Agents, I wanted to start a friendly chat if anyone in ISIS really uses the forums. I want to be able to expand our alliance further, but I am unfortunately strapped for HP. If anyone in our alliance is willing to buy a slot, I'll make them a Commander. I know, that doesn't sound like much, but I want to give you some security if you buy a slot that no one will kick you. Other than that, good hunting. Let's keep pushing to get some more alliance rewards. We seem to be consistently in the 120-150 range of Alliances. Wouldn't mind trying to get over the top 100 hump. Just post if you bought a slot.

Not much of a forum guy, so I did not know that. Nice. The problem with the alliances is the next slot is pretty damn expensive. 1200 HP. I really wish everyone could put a little in to build it, but that's just not the case. I have 37 slots right now, and house every character, but I think I am going to start selling my lvl 1 1*s so I don't have to spend HP every time a new character comes out.

I can get the next one because I'm close. I have 1075 saved up and it will be easier to snowball if we can get more HP via alliance rewards and another extra person. I do need to shield strategically so I'm unsure when the next buy is. Hopefully before next PVE.

Awesome. Again, I appreciate it. I'm focusing all of my HP towards Alliance slots until we get to 20. Would like to be able to compete for the better prizes so everyone in the alliance can progress into that 3* team.

I think I'll be in a jam with roster spots so do you have a suggestion of who to drop? I have 2* Hawkeye and 1* Storm. Storm seems very good against PVE brotherhood/Maggia characters even at level 1. I haven't used Hawkeye much because I've prioritized more useful characters. Push comes to shove, is it worth dropping one or the other?

Have you PMed he other guys on the forums that we have this post? Otherwise, i can start this up tonight.

I have told some of the others guys about this post, but none of them are really Forum goers. I know my real lief friends don't go on here, and all the guys I got from this forum have minimal, if any, activity on the forums. As for who to drop... that's a tough one. I am getting ready to start dropping 1*s because I never use them, ever. But, 2* hawkeye is pretty bad as well. He is towards the bottom of people that I will ever level further. I would drop your Venom before dropping Storm. He can be interesting when used with Spiderman. I also don't see a reason to have a second Wolverine. Why do you have him?

Also, who are you trying to free up space for?

Venom is gone. Replace with GSBW in 2 days (daily reward). Wolverine drops because Human Torch is coming. If I manage to get a LazyThor.

Another tough nut is to whether to change from 5 purple to 5 black for OBW. I made her wrong and only recently got one black cover. Running with 10 required purple to get 4 colors of all except purple can be painful.

Before you get rid of mStorm, try her out on PVE. Think you would be shocked how much quicker you can finish battles. It's basically more than a turn when playing a good environment and when the board has lots Env tiles. Case in point, Level 1 joined with new Cap and 85 OBW to beat the 3 Level 230 on the new event. I don't think I got hit once.

Yea, I've heard great things about her. She is going to be the last one that I would get rid of. Frankly, though, with a maxed C Mags with 5 blue and 5 red, I am pretty much untouchable to goons. Until you play with him maxed out, it's hard to tell how OP he is. I love it. But it wasn't like when Rags was pre-nerf.

But, anyways, as for your predicaments, it's tough to think of who to drop. Since you still use Storm, I would say keep her. It sucks to sell off a 2*, but you will never use him, and there are so many other characters you should level up before him. He is probably your best bet if you are space strapped.

Also, with OBW, I'm not the best to ask, as I have never used her. I was on my way to using 3*s before i realized her usefulness. I hear 3/5/5 is the best way to go, as you have to hope they got 2 matches in each color for it to be worth taking 4, and for the AP cost to rise.

I see. Yeah. OBW is squishy. Sounds like you don't need mStorm but if you save her for last, it may come in handy.

I wouldn't suggest use her less. I think she is a great character to have. Keep using her until you have a better support character. Either Spiderman or Hood. But Spiderman was my first 3* that I started using and, in my opinion, he is the best support character. I definitely plan on holding on to Storm, and honestly, I like having all the characters. But I need HP to expand our Alliance, and I don't want to have to pay for it.

+1 onto what Global says, I'd say absolutely keep mStorm over any of other 1*s, and many of the 2*. I've used her all the time for PvE, in conjunction with a 3/5/5 OBW actually. In PvP I leaned HARD on OBW, until I recently got enough Spidey covers to make him viable. Unless I'm mistaken those are the only two characters that have healing, which I think is vital.
I'd also recommend making the switch to 3/5/5 for her, as that means you'll get out Aggressive Recon much quicker in the match. You'll also be able to use it with more frequency, keeping the enemy team on it's heels.

Yup. Will do. When I meant that I'll use OBW less, I meant that she would be handicapped at 4/5/4. So she won't be as effective and hence I might have to use her less frequently. We'll see. Maybe still okay.

No. I don't see any option right now. It's debatable whether the devs will allow for it. It'd be cool if we could funnel it together like membership dues so we could expand the roster.

Apparently, there is a thread going on in the suggestions forum about Alliance improvements. A lot of people want there to be a way for people to contribute HP to the Alliance so a slot can be bought. Hopefully the Devs are listening and will implement that. Until then, I'm just going to keep on saving to get another slot.

Also, if anyone knows an active player looking for an alliance, we have one slot open. I sent a couple PMs out already, but no responses.

Alright, well unless I stop recruiting the new characters, it's not likely I'll be able to get to 1200+ hp any time soon to add a slot. I am quite active in game with points contributions to the events, but I understand if you guys need to boot me to make room for paying members.
