    XStatiX finished 122nd in the Heroic Juggernaut missing top 100 for the first time since Heroic Dark Avengers, 18 PvEs ago.

    Nearly everyone hates this event and hopefully they have got the message and we never see it again. I think if it hadn't been the end of the season the same day or a couple of key people had been around to move down we could have made a top 100 finish so I am not too worried about it.

    It is great to see real progress being made by so many. Goddess Thor also seems to have got some of the vets to up their game again so all round a very solid effort everyone.

    This is food for thought more than anything else.

    The goal of this is to see what we look like if we were to average out all the scores how far are we from being two top 100 alliances.
    The composition of the alliances was obtained by organising the scores form top to bottom of both alliances, taking the even number of one and pairing it with the odd numbered of the other. for example number 1,3,5 of alliance one is with 2,4,6 of alliance two.

    So before the average season score is: 9421.35 for main; 4481.3
    This would take it to being: 6972.55 for main 6930.1 for secondary.
    Keep in mind that there are 10 events through this season meaning the average event score would be about 690 for both alliances, mystisbrewin could be replaced and madmarty one of our newest recruits started kinda late I think and this composition favors pvp and not pve

    This is a general update on the initial survey I sent out in the season wrap up and the way we are going to move forward for Season 8 and beyond. Thanks to all those who did give me their details. The average age in the alliance is 34.5 years old with the oldest being 53 and the youngest being a mere 25. The average number of days played is 258 which would equate to a start date of 1st March 2014. The most days played was 387 with the least played being 68. The average number of roster slots is 46 with the highest being a whopping 78 and the lowest at only 13.

    You provided me with some very well thought out replies on the best way to move forward. There was no clear cut winner so I guess I get to make that decision. I think the season race is good in that it gives those in the secondary who excel a chance to be rewarded with the season prize. Due to AngryGerman's sudden unexpected departure there will be 3 places up for grabs this season and the top 2 will earn a permanent position in the main at the end of the season. I have had a long hard think about the promotion and relegation option and I could come up with minimum scores, scores per event that you are in the main alliance or a combination of the two, but I don't really want to have to do that. I will say that if you end up bottom of the scoring in the main for the season then I will look at the overall situation, what is your scoring normally like, have you had any enforced absences, what are your PvE scores like, communication and willingness to move down for events and may decide to demote you to the secondary alliance. You will be replaced with the next highest scorer from XStatIIX. You will then have to compete to win back your place in the main. The secondary is also becoming more competitive so if you end up near the bottom of that then I will again look at the situation and you may be replaced.

    For PvEs if you haven't put in a reasonable score then you may be kicked so someone who has can move up to receive the reward.

    My favourite MPQ moments since no one asked are:

    The epic finish™. I think this was the first running of Prodigal Sun, but my record keeping doesn't go back that far. We were totally out of the running for a top 100 finish, I think about 150+, with an hour left to go until we started grinding. I would guess at least 80% or more of us were all on together and we just kept moving up and up the rankings, characters were dead or badly injured forcing some strange combinations to be used, points available kept dwindling but everyone kept grinding and we made it in the end. It was a fantastic team effort.

    The end of Season 3. This was the battle for the third fury cover and involved a lot of recruiting from myself and Noob, more PMs than I can count, 3 changes to our alliance roster including Lobster411 who was only with us for a couple hours before Noob pimped him out to someone else so that we could welcome in Geauxbotz and a World Cup Final in the mix. We got there in the end though and secured that 3rd Fury cover.

    My final moment is the forming of the secondary alliance. It was a joint decision with PvP Punisher, but he has to take the credit as he bought a lot of the slots to get it up to a decent size immediately. I can honestly say if we hadn't then I don't think I would still be playing the game. Not having to grind every PvE is great and there are times when I get as much satisfaction from helping others to get covers as I do playing the game so thanks to you all.
