    Those that are firm using cp on 3* is bad seem to be the people that have been playing for a while and remember when 4* were much more rare than they are now.

    3* are more valuable than 4*. PvP is centered around the 3* tier, the ddq is centered around the 3* tier, and champ rewards are vastly more available for 3* than 4*. The 3* tier is the backbone of a player's rosters for most of the experience of this game. 5* players still need 3* characters to compete at high level PvP.

    Filling out your 3* roster, pretty much regardless of how, is far more important than a uselesss 4* cover that'll sit for ages doing nothing. By the time you're ready for 4* characters, you'll have stopped using cp on 3* anyway, and have naturally acquired 4* through other means.

    You can save your LTs and CP from now until this time next year, or spend like a drunken sailor every chance you get them, either way the pipeline is clogged because of ISO.

    People that hoard them have a glutton of currency and no where to go with it. People that spend have a glutton of characters and no ISO to level them all. People that use cp on 3* characters have champed 3*'s that get a champ rewards every day.
    Just my experience/opinion.
