Oh well, I hit a wall trying to reach 700 in Fearless Defenders. I was at 699 at one point but I guess people started playing after that and I never made it past 675 again. Decided to just shield at 659 and avoid losing any more points.

Same here, I had to shield at 654. I was being attacked faster than I was attacking. It should be good enough for top 10.

I actually got to 570 this morning before I had to quit. I obviously got hit pretty hard during the last hours as I only made top 100. Up to 10k on the ISO event and plan on at least hitting 15k for the token tonight. Wolvie event is now up with lazy cap covers.

I started the Wolverine PVP and got up to 200. I see as an alliance we are currently at 993 points which is 15th. Obviously it is still early, but it is cool to see!

I'm currently 111 in the PVE but I haven't touched the new missions yet. I'm going to try to take advantage of some of the rubberbanding. I was ranked 2 right before the new missions so I should easily bounce right back up there. I've got a few board members in my bracket which I'm really not used to seeing.

Pvp usually start heating up with 1 day or 12 hours to spare and go crazy in the last 3 hours. The current system doesn't provide a lot of incentives in joining early really except hopefully getting a bracket that doesn't include the crazy hardcore players.

It's hard to really gauge my standings in the pve but I've been #1 in my bracket at various points so far, so I shouldn't be too far off the top (hopefully). You should be doing pretty well to be at #2 with board members in the mix. Many of them are crazily competitive.

Currently 14th in the Unstable Iso event. Ran out of modules worth more than 100 points so I'm going to wait till before the reset to get some more points. Currently sitting on 14303 points. The Guild is currently ranked 216 in the main bracket but its early days.

Haven't entered The Best There Is yet, I usually do my PvP the night before it ends and go hard till the end of the tournament. It has helped me get top 20, sometimes even top 10 most of the time so it works out pretty well in the end.

Tossed together a little alliance image if anyone wants to use it in their signature. You know, to be cool. I've never been the greatest at photoshop but it's something! Mainly just an image shrunken down to size with some text thrown on it, but still something.

As far as the game goes, I should be able to pull off a top 10 pretty easily. Doesn't seem like that last progression reward is going to be attainable though. Only time will tell...

I like the sig graphic. Can see the Gambit influence Hit 337 on the Best event, sitting at #73 for now. Will probably concentrate on it only tomorrow if the Iso event keeps giving out low amounts of Iso and try for at least 400 pts. My Patch and X-force have one cover each so only the one node is really option for me in this one. Sitting on 19.5k for the Iso event and #129 but #1 is only 1.5k away so I am feeling good about that one. Welcome Death Knight and good to see you ApocryphicV! Good luck to everyone tomorrow.

Never knew the Thieves Guild was related to Marvel till now. Had to read it up.

The Best There Is is looking to be a steep climb. I'm in the same bracket as BelligerentGnu, Currently, the leader of our bracket is shielded at 936 with quite a few just above 800.

Edit: Sorry team but I doubt I'm going to go far with The Best There Is at the moment. The pve wiped out most of my 3* (including my Patch) and a terrible board took out my AXM Wolverine leaving me with no healthpacks at 4am in the morning. That pvp battle was one of the worst I ever had. I couldn't get green, red or blue but every move I made seemed to gave that to the AI. I had Punisher, AXM Wolverine and Spiderman but only managed a grand total of 1 strike tile and 1 web tile the whole match.

Hey, this is definitely the hardest PVP there's been in a while. I didn't shield last night and lost almost 150 points. My leaderboard is about the same. The top two are over 900, #10 currently has 632. I'm going to try to sneak in and grab the two Cap covers. We are currently at 139 as an alliance so that's pretty good since it has been somewhat difficult. I still wish you could scroll through the leaderboards to see how far away #100 was.

Considering there weren't any other event beyond the pve available and it gives out the gold cap, which seems rather popular compared to the gold thor, it's not that surprising. Players done with their refreshes on pve would have nothing else to concentrate on then the pvp.

Being able to scroll through the leaderboards has been something a lot of people has been asking for.

Sitting on 515 which is good for #53 so far in my bracket. Hoping not to get hit and recover 2 packs before the event is over and MAYBE sneak into the top 50. That would be nice. Maybe I can do better in the Cap event. I can't judge the PVE right now. I am sitting at 77 and the nodes are giving **** or are deadly but the leader is only 2k away. Hoping for a strong finish there too but it is throwing me for a loop.

I'm going to have to settle for the one Cap cover. Definitely been losing more points than I'm gaining when I play. I just noticed the guy at the top of my list has a level 230 IW and a level 230 X-Force Wolverine, not to mention plenty of 141 three stars.

Awesome. I'm keeping an eye on mine so I don't have to use a shield. Also watching the leaderboards as the unshielded people bounce up and down. But in other news, we have a new member, woopie!

Hmm... 230 IW and X-Force with lots of 141s is likely to be a cheater. What's the name? Anyone close to being the strongest and longest standing players are pretty much all here in the forums and I don't think any of them has maxed a 4 star yet much less both.

I'm fine with the purple matches in general, they are irritating but at least they don't kill me and they don't generate as fast. It's daken and that thug with the relatively quick countdown that gets me. Try to take daken (and his tiles) out first and the thug will overwhelm you rather quickly. Try to take the thug out first and you'll be exposed to stirke tile fueled match-3s. All it takes is a couple of cascades and it's time to retreat.

Currently sitting just north of 30K in the PvE event which is good for 6th in my bracket. Just started on the Cap PvP but ran out of health packs after getting back into the PvE event (woke up and I was down from 3 to 37)

Welcome woopie! Took advantage of some rubber banding this morning and jumped back up to the 30k mark. I'll let my stacks refresh tonight and then just grind them all down. Today I'll be on here and there working on the Cap pvp. Sitting on 230 now and hopefully I can break the 400 mark tonight or at least that is the goal.
