I dunno what happened. I log on today and my account was reset and it started with the tutorial. Ive been playing for months had 7 planeswalkers all over lvl 35 and a lot of cards. I want to continue to play but if i have to start over i wont. Account name is Shavedbear. Ty

This has just happened to me also. Was actually playing the event, then it crashed and splash screen with start training is on now. Username is Lucidityx0

There is a problem connecting to Facebook. Probably because of the current Facebook update. Once they fix it they will reboot and we should be good.0

I'm having a similar issue. I am *not connected to Facebook. The new player "Start Training" with a picture of Sorin came up a couple times while attempting to load/log in. Eventually I get the same "Error something went wrong" message. Sometimes I can see my runes and crystals in the background, and sometimes they're gone. Sometimes my Device ID is listed at the bottom, and sometimes it's not.

the same thing just happened to me. Not sure how long I have been playing but I have multiple planes walker at 60 and specialty cards mastered.
I don't use Facebook and I am very concerned that I have lost everything.
I hope this will be fixed and all of our accounts reinstated in full.0 -
The same thing just happened to my wife and i, we have been playing for some months now. I have multiple Planeswalkers at 60 as well as a number of specialty cards and regular card maxed, I was gold tiered on 3 colors.
I am not so concerned about my wife as she is a facebook user, i however am not.
I hope that this get resolved quickly and that everyone that has had this issue gets there accounts fixed and returned the way they were before this GLITCH.

I lost all my progress aswell on my account - Imperat0r. Game started tonight with the tutorial.
Account wasnt connected to facebook.

Shortly after the quoted post the game went into maintenance for about 17 min, after which time I logged in successfully. All my previous game progress was intact. Problem solved.0 -

Lucky you. I pressed "start training" thinking it was a new login feature and low my account seems to be reolaced by a new one0 -
Still have lost all my progress. My start screen asks for a new player name every time i log on.0

I made a ticket about my account 4 days ago now and only got the automated response.
I accept that its perhaps not easy to reclaim a lost account - especially if it wasnt linked to a facebook account. But id really like som acknowledgement of the problem.0 -

I had a cancel option on that screen, so you don't have to choose a new name. You then get the training screen. If you OK that you don't go to training, but end up logged in as normal.
It's all about googleplay having your account details, which link to MtGPQ, as long as you're on the right play account, it worked fine for me.0 -
The problem for me atleast, is that im not linked to either googleplay or facebook with my account.0

Actually I pressed "Start Training" too, but the training never commenced. It could've been luck I guess. Support said that it was mostly a Facebook issue. I don't have a Facebook account.0 -

I think Fox is right. I was logged into my Google Play Games account when I got back in with all my data intact. If you experienced the glitch and didn't have a Google Play Games account set up, resolving your issue may not be impossible, just a bit more difficult.
I sincerely hope for the recovery of all lost data. If in fact D3 Go's support team successfully achieves recovery, please let us know here in the forums. I understand it's easy to be frustrated with low response time, but keep in mind that this bug effected a *lot of people. I'm sure the team is doing their best to address not just this issue, but multiple issues, while simultaneously working to maintain the game as it is in it's current state, as well as the games future upgrades and whathaveyou.
That said...ulgh, what a mess...0
