    She is the small cousin of OML. In OML's case when you have the yellow and cast black, all his powers change, but you still cast the 'old' version of black, it is the next time you fire black that is different. In the case of x23 it is just his green that changes, but it is the exact same mechanic.
    I don't see it as exactly the same. With OML's black, if you cast black, you get the immediate benefit of the yellow and red active. You don't have to wait to cast black a second time to get a benefit. You could argue that black is the same mechanic, but like you said, the difference between the two blacks is so extreme, that pretty much kills any analogy. Her green is more like is BP's yellow said, "And you if you have 12+ tu ap, get extra strike tiles the NEXT time you cast yellow". That'd feel just as wrong.

    My change to her would be:
      - going berserk requires 9
    purpletile.png instead of 9 redtile.png
    - while bersek, greenflag.png does en extra 10% damage and adds 1 strike tile for every 6 redtile.png in reserve
