    10 would probably be fine if the health packs consumed were always the regenerating set first, while bonus packs obtained from vaults could be queued and retained until needed for a push.

    Just make all characters come out of all matches at full health.

    Some characters will be better (Carnage!)
    Some characters will be worse (Cough, OML, Cough)
