    Exactly why I will not spend another dimension until they fix this ****.
    We've been screaming for how long now?!
    You can't tell me they are clueless.

    Find myself not even playing as much as I used to.
    I hope this is remedied before they completely lose me.

    it happens getting dupes, and honestly i understand it happening just what kind of lazy coding does it take to not have it in there redraw x card if same as other3,5 so on keep that from happening and i would be happy even if i got one of the same cards in every other pack just not 3 of the same in one pack( happened to me on a boster) what a load of ****

    I like how none of us have the exact numbers and you guys feel it appropriate to just assume it's definitely not a bell curve and call me names.

    Opening boxes and getting dupes while not getting a few rares at all is a characteristic of the bell curve.

    I get ohboy's logic why it's a bell curve.

    The very rare events (getting non dupe mythics, rares, uncommons and commons) fall on either side of the bell curve once we have a big enough collection of cards.

    I myself only pulled coastal discovery last month, after almost 11 months of playing and actively opening daily packs.

    Not really.

    In a physical game or a fair one like Steam you can trade away and/or sell duplicates and cards you don't use.

    What they've done with the existing system is turn it into a churn & burn slot machine.

    The thing is this is a niche game and people warn others not to ever pay for anything because they got burned.

    Its also worth adding that with every expansion new players are even more screwed as the card pool is getting bigger and there is less chance of getting mirrorpool or hixus in compare to what was possible where only origins was available

    I would have done a backflip for that Skysoverign all the same. With Saheeli's level 3 ability that's a 48/48 that does 20 damage to opponent and all their creatures.

    Awful drop rate though.

    I agree Losdamianos.

    I still thin you should get a rare or mythic in each pack. Duplicates arwnt worth anything so whats to hurt. Also it would get people like myself to maybe invest a little bit knowing that rares will be possible.

    Really just tell us how often we should expect a rare and a mythic. Is it 1 mythic per 2 BB (30 packs) on average? 1 rare per 8 packs? Just let us know what the odds are.

    Like the high chance of rare on fat packs makes me not want to buy fat pack bundles even though I want to especially the colored ones. I get top 10 in QB quite often so I've opened a lot of fat packs and I feel lucky to get a single rare within the fat pack. That I would be lucky to get 1 rare for 25 bucks with a high possibility of dupes makes me not buy them. Even though I need a certain color and want to buy colored packs.

    Waiting for a D3 apologist to spout RNG and bad luck... Simple fact of the matter here is that the drop rates are down right broken.

    It could be worse, I own 14 mythics (and they mostly **** ones like skaab golith, woodland bellower, the great aurora, thing in the ice, smothering abomination, if these names don't ring a bell most of them specifically kill all my creatures when cast) and there are 118 mythic cards in the game. But no one will ever be able to explain to me why my last two mythics had to be copies of cards I already have.

    Skaab Goliath, Woodland Bellower, Grand Aurora, Thing in the Ice and Smothering Abomination are NOT **** Mythics. They are among the best mythics in the game, in the right deck.

    I have played this game for almost 11 months hoping to pull Grand Aurora and Skaab Goliath. I finally got lucky and pulled them last week.

    Now I hope I can pull Smothering Abomination before 2016 is over.

    Its a cash cow.
    They would make so much more money if the drop rate was better or the gems were a lot cheaper

    The risk reward is awful.

    Me too...I saved 20 SOI packs, 3 SOI fat packs, and 5 EMN packs...waited for the full release to open them all up.

    Out of the total of 37 packs, i got no mythics and only 3 rares (not counting the 5 guaranteed rares in EMN packs)...

    I have not gotten a single mythics for over a month, after the 37 packs, 2 big boxes, 7 free packs from daily sign-ins, and one free pack and at least 2 free boosters a day.

    That's 72 packs and probably 80 free boosters, a total of over 600 cards without a single mythic. I'm sure that I'm not the only one out there with "luck" like this, but if nothing is changed, good bye and good luck to you all!
