    To be fair, I didn't ask for the cover. A couple of buds in game put in tickets asking for a cover for me without my knowledge and David helped move the process along iirc.

    Thanks for all the well wishes everyone. I didn't actually expect to get anything, but I definitely had to try.

    Fun fact: Wolverine isn't really my favourite Marvel superhero. He was, for a long time, but I kinda did the whole hipster thing and, as he became more and more popular, I distanced myself - especially after the movies came out. He's still probably my favourite mutant. I really enjoyed him in Remender's run of Uncanny X-Force, and the last few years he's really been going through a bit of "dad-ification" - heading up Xavier's school and the whole Old Man thing now. That's all been going on at the same time that I became a father, so maybe the character starter resonating with me a bit more - I always liked the paternal/guardian relationship with Kitty Pryde and Jubilee.

    Probably my favourite character at this moment is Odinson/Unworthy Thor. I really tried to get into Goddess of Thunder, but the character never hooked me. Aaron's writing is great (and Dauterman's art is A+++, seriously just so good) but that was half the problem. I was more interested in the snippets of story about Odinson trying to "discover himself" and his journey back to worthiness. I love the idea of Thor slowly transitioning into the character that will eventually become King Thor.
