    If it's your birthday, you post about it and say what your favourite character/cover is and they'll send you one. They've done it before.

    My birthday is March 26 and I really like the Spider-Man mythos. So if you feel like giving me a BSSM for my birthday I will certainly be very happy. :p

    Or alternatively, the 5* Sandman that will indubitably be both released and very good, by then.

    Since the other rewards were derived from usernames. When I see Mawtful, I always think it says awful in there, so you'll probably get Totally Awful Cho. **** birthday!
